Joshua Hunter takes a trip back to the year 1996 for a review of James and the Giant Peach, Henry Selick's part-live-action, part-stop-motion adaptation of Roald Dahl's beloved novel, produced by Tim Burton. The film follows orphaned James Henry Trotter as he escapes his cruel aunts and sets off on a fantastical journey to New York City inside a giant, magically animated peach, alongside a cast of oversized insect companions voiced by Richard Dreyfuss, Susan Sarandon, and Simon Callow. Joshua breaks down why the film's stop-motion visuals and offbeat storytelling still hold up nearly three decades later, digs into Randy Newman's score(how did I not know this was his score?), and gives his honest verdict on whether this one deserves its status as a certified-fresh family classic — or if it's aged like a rotten peach.
How good is Mykhailo Mudryk really — and what are Tottenham actually getting? Professional analyst Enya has run his data profile, and it doesn't say what the jokes say. Jim and Enya close out the window: the De Zerbi–Mudryk history at Shakhtar, the truth about the doping ban and the two lost years, the £75m option ceiling, why Spurs' confidence-rebuild signings keep failing, what Chelsea fans really think of Tosin, the Danso exit, and the window's most underrated success — Mikey Moore's loan to Köln and Sosa's to Porto. Then the Nottingham Forest preview, powered by Gradient: Forest's long-ball, low-possession style, the corner threat, and why Spurs' away record inverts the usual disadvantage. Both make a prediction — but one of them goes against their own head, and you'll want to hear the case. Data first, feelings second. We kick things off breaking down how Premium Scream Night went this year and honestly the vibe was pretty great. Way fewer people compared to last year, waits were super low, and media was actually hosted on the official opening night this time around which is a change from how things have gone before. Big news for folks who follow event coverage closely. Then we get into Stay and Scream and there was some good stuff happening there too. The event opened earlier than the usual 2pm cutoff, all the houses were up and running by 6, and yeah some of those waits were hitting 60 minutes around 4pm on that first Friday and Saturday. But listen, it was opening weekend. It's always going to be heavier on those first few weekends. Come back on a Sunday or a weeknight and you're going to have a completely different experience. We also talk about the scrim around the arch entrance to Universal Studios Florida getting a little facelift with a new HHN medallion mock up on the arch, which is a fun detail. And we have some news out of Epic Universe as Captain Cacao is no longer doing meet and greets over there. Then we switch gears into one of our favorite kinds of conversations: Underrated vs Overrated across all three parks. We're going category by category covering rollercoasters, family attractions, shows, hotels, snacks, quick service, table service, character meet and greets, bars and lounges, and nighttime spectaculars. Your Next Best Step: Helping Small Business owners build a plan for a brighter future
When I was growing up, my grandfather used to tell me, "Theresa, you ask too many questions." I was always curious—about his life, his experiences, how things worked, and why people did things the way they did. What I didn't realize then was that all those questions were helping me develop one of the most valuable skills I've carried into business. Curiosity became especially important when I started working in the scientific world. I had failed every science class I'd ever taken, yet suddenly I was talking to cancer researchers about highly technical equipment and experiments. I didn't know everything—but I knew how to ask questions. I got curious about how things worked, why they mattered, and what impact they could have. That curiosity eventually helped me move into leadership, build my first business, build my consulting business, and help hundreds of founders understand how their businesses actually work. In this episode, I'm breaking down why curiosity is such an underrated business skill and the three questions I want every business owner to keep asking: How does this work? How can I make it better? And what impact do I ultimately want to make? Because whether your business is growing like crazy or you're facing hurdle after hurdle, curiosity gives you a way forward. Instead of assuming you know the answer, you start asking better questions—and that's where growth begins. Stay curious. It may be one of the most valuable things you bring to your business. Key Takeaways: • Curiosity is an incredibly powerful—and often overlooked—skill for business owners. • You don't have to know everything before you can figure something out. • Asking better questions can help you quickly build knowledge in unfamiliar industries. • Understanding how something works gives you the foundation for improving it. • When something isn't working, curiosity helps you investigate instead of immediately giving up. • Don't blindly copy competitors' pricing, processes, or decisions without understanding the thinking behind them. • Business numbers tell a story, but you have to be curious enough to understand what that story actually means. • Look beyond vanity metrics like likes, clicks, impressions, and top-line revenue. • Stay curious about how you can make the business better for yourself, your team, and your customers. • Most importantly, stay curious about the impact you want your business to make. Think about the last time you faced a major change or setback. Who did you turn to? That instinct, that pull toward others when things get hard, isn't weakness, it's strategy. Carlee Wolfe, a global leader in talent and organizational effectiveness at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, joins host Sreemedha to talk about why community may be the most underrated tool in leadership and change, what it actually looks like to lean on your network instead of pretending to have all the answers, and how to keep human connection alive even as AI reshapes how we work. About the Guest: Carlee Wolfe is Associate Vice President of Leader Development and Organizational Effectiveness at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, with more than 20 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, and change management. Her background includes leadership roles at Under Armour and the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee, and she coaches leaders and job seekers on navigating change with clarity, curiosity, and confidence. Key Takeaways: The old idea that leaders must have all the answers is outdated, openness about what you don't know yet can be a strength, not a weakness. Build your own "personal board of directors," the 5 to 7 people closest to you who shape your life, and revisit who's on it every six months. When you feel isolated, get curious first: why does this feel this way right now, and what am I trying to do that feels solitary? Seth Woolcock and Scott Bogman react to the first 2026 AP Top 25 and then dig into six college football season win totals they believe offer value right now. Which teams are being overrated by the preseason hype, and which teams could outperform their expectations? The guys break down Mississippi State UNDER 4.5, Liberty UNDER 8.5, Clemson OVER 8.5, Georgia Tech OVER 6.5, Kent State UNDER 2.5, and Utah OVER 8.5, including the schedules, returning production, quarterback situations, roster strength and betting numbers behind each pick. They also discuss potential AP Top 25 risers and fallers, Group of 6 teams that were overlooked, and why teams like Texas Tech and Miami could make a major move up the rankings once the season gets underway. If you're betting college football in 2026, these are season win totals you’ll want to have on your radar before the numbers move. Your suction cleaner keeps getting jammed, stopping mid-week, and leaving the pool floor dirty? We dig into a tool that rarely gets the spotlight but can be the perfect fix for the right backyard: the Polaris 360 return-side pool cleaner. It behaves a lot like a pressure-side cleaner with a debris bag and a wider pickup path, but it runs off an existing return line, so you can get strong debris handling without adding a booster pump.We walk through the practical differences between a dedicated booster pump pressure cleaner and a return-side cleaner, then get specific about what makes the Polaris 360 succeed or fail. Return jet count and placement matter, and so does your ability to redirect flow by plugging a return or installing restrictor eyeballs. We also explain the “back pressure” reality: restricting returns can raise filter PSI a few points, which may be normal on a full-size DE filter, sand filter, or larger cartridge system, but it can be a deal-breaker on undersized filtration. You'll also hear the tradeoffs most listings never mention. Changing return flow can reduce the surface current that helps feed the skimmer, so you might see more surface debris unless you adjust your setup or add a surface solution. And because the Polaris 360 often runs as long as your pump runs, parts can wear faster than a booster-pump cleaner that only runs a couple hours a day. Finally, we share real examples where the Polaris 360 shines: bamboo leaves that fall in clusters and big pod-like debris that instantly clogs suction cleaners. If your pool matches the right parameters, this cleaner can be a night-and-day upgrade. Subscribe, share this with a pool owner who battles clogs, and leave a review with the debris type you're trying to beat.We break down why the Polaris 360 return-side cleaner is a sleeper pick for pools that chew up suction cleaners with heavy debris. We also share the real install requirements, the pressure and surface-flow tradeoffs to expect, and the pool types where this cleaner is an easy yes or a hard pass. • why the Polaris 360 and TR36P fly under the radar • pressure-side booster pump cleaners versus return-side cleaners • return jet placement, plugging a return, and using restrictor eyeballs • back pressure explained with real PSI examples and safe limits • why full-size DE, sand, or large cartridge filters matter • skimmer impact versus reduced surface circulation patterns • faster wear from longer daily run times • real-world wins with bamboo clusters and large seed pods Learn more at swimmingpoollearning.com. and if you're interested in the coaching program, you can learn more at poolguidecoaching.com. Right, buckle up, trawlers... Trump's crypto company has been rubber-stamped as an actual bank (by his own government no less!) and Marina and Jemma wave a cheery bye Felicia to his press secretary Caroline Levitt (left to perish on the decoy plane while Trump and a "very very very close aide" swanned off on the catering flight). They boggle at the Tates' Temu lawyer, a shouting salami in sunglasses, vowing to take their extradition fight "to Trump" - plus the 30-odd bellends doing solidarity press-ups outside a Miami jail. Then it's back home to Blighty, where Reform reckon they'll save £50bn by whipping PIP off up to three million people and gutting the health bit of Universal Credit, which the BBC broadcast in full, of course. The ladies get stuck into why it's cruel, unworkable and really a mental health story, discuss their own personal experiences of welfare and then it's on to Netanyahu branding us the "Islamic Republic of Britain," and an Underrated of the Week for the actual Pope. Host Jesse Jackson welcomes Beverly, a longtime Bruce Springsteen fan from Missouri now living in Kentucky, to discuss how Springsteen's writing—especially around gender and politics—has resonated throughout her life. Beverly shares growing up with little music at home, discovering Bruce through “Dancing in the Dark” at 17, and how Born in the U.S.A. became her gateway to the full catalog. She recounts missing the Born in the U.S.A. tour, first seeing Bruce on the Human Touch/Lucky Town tour, later seeing the E Street Band on the Reunion Tour, and attending about 25 shows including Wrecking Ball-era dates and Springsteen on Broadway.
