In this episode, Reese is back for what will be the FINAL review under the "Have You Scene?" name. All of my movie reviews will be going back under the Bib's Corner Podcast since all of my sports stuff is on the Mavs Outsiders podcast so that is where you can catch the film reviews going forward. If you unsubscribed, go back and subscribe! Spider-Man: No Way Home was highly anticipated by many and had a lot of expectations to live up to. Did it live up to the expectations or fall short? How did Reese and I feel about the movie? How does it rank in the MCU? How do we feel about the Marvel-Sony situation? If you can think of it, we covered it in this conversation. 00:00 - 09:28 Spoiler-Free review 10:03 - End Spoiler conversation with Reese Enjoy! In this episode, Reese is back and we discussed a movie that I had no plans of seeing. On the other end of the spectrum, Reese was looking forward to this film. M. Night Shyamalan has some great movies under his belt but he also has a lot of bad ones. Where does Old fall? 00:00 - 06:59 Spoiler-Free review 07:35 - End Spoiler conversation with Reese Enjoy! In this episode, I invited on my Mavs Outsiders co-host @MindofReese. We discussed the Loki finale and the implications it will have on the larger MCU. The episode starts with a little bit of a setup by yours truly before we transition into the SUPER SPOILERY second part of the episode. In this episode of the Have You Scene? podcast I did something a little different again. I started with my spoiler free review which I did solo. I brought in Shad (of the Uncool Urban and Shad vs. Smilez) for the spoiler section and then added a bonus clip of myself and my sister Shenelle at the very end. We get into a lot of different things in the spoiler section and end up talking all things MCU at different points. We talked bout the Young Avengers for about 10-15 minutes but I cut that conversation out because it made the episode too long. Maybe you'll get that when it becomes relevant. 00:00 - 11:20 Spoiler free review 11:55 - 01:14:35 Spoiler review with Shad Miller 01:16:08 - End. Bonus clip with my sister. Enjoy, and as always feedback is appreciated while I try to find the best way to do the movie review podcast thing. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/bibshaveyouscene/message
After a long hiatus I'm BACK with another review and another returning guest. My guy Shad Miller (@ShadMiller13) of The Uncool Urban (@theuncoolurban) and Shad vs. Smilez (@shadvssmilez) podcasts is back to talk about the new A-24 film Zola. The movie is based on the viral Twitter story from 2015 and the movie arrived on Wednesday June 30. Shad and I break the movie down in a spoiler-free review in the first 20 or so minutes, then get into spoilers in the second half. Since Shad was very familiar with the story we also spent a lot of time breaking down what was in the tweets vs. what was in the movie vs. what we believe happened. Enjoy! 01:16 - 21:16 Spoiler Free Zola talk 21:52 - 01:16:12 Spoiler Talk You can follow me on twitter @MBibs (main) and @BibsFilm for film content. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/bibshaveyouscene/message
In the latest episode I welcomed back Reese from the @MindOfReese podcast and my cohost on the Mavs Outsiders podcast to discuss Zack Snyder’s Justice League. With neither of us being huge fans of D.C.’s Universe going in, I thought it would be great to see how this movie changed or confirmed our feelings about the potential over at D.C. There is no spoiler free section but the first 10 minutes we talk about the first movie and our expectations for this one. Enjoy! --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/bibshaveyouscene/message
In this episode of Have you Scene, I welcome back Shad from The Uncool Urban podcast and welcome in Reese, my cohost on the Mavs Outsiders podcast and host of the Mind of Reese podcast. We discuss the sequel to the classic Coming to America, interestingly titled Coming 2 America. Eddie brought back almost everyone he could from the original while introducing some new characters as well. As always, we do a spoiler-free discussion in the first part of the podcast and then dive into the spoilers on the back half. We definitely had fun with this one. 01:16 - 33:15 Non-spoiler conversation 33:45 - End: Spoiler conversation As always you can follow me on Twitter @BibsFilm, you can follow Shad @ShadMiller13 and you can follow Reese @MindofReese. In the first episode since the rebrand, I sat down with my man Shad Miller to discuss the Zendaya and John David Washington film Malcolm and Marie. One of the first movies conceptualized and shot during the pandemic, the movie had a ton of buzz leading up to its release. Shad and I discuss the film, first without spoilers and then with spoilers so be sure to look out for the break if you're still wanting to watch the movie. Check the time stamps below for guidance and enjoy the show! 0:00-5:20 Intro 5:20 - 22:45 if you haven't (no spoilers) 23:20 - 57:38 if you have (spoilers) You can follow Shad's work on Twitter and Instagram @TheUncoolUrban or on Twitter on his personal account @ShadMiller13.
