Kelz is back with the first episode on Season 3. It's been a while and a lot has been going on with Kelz since his time back in Atlanta. He dives into the three W's which can be the downfall of an individual if not managed correctly. He also touches on losing focus and getting back to the things that drive you forward to do better and become habit. We also talk about the word “No” and kelz's personal experiences and outcomes with said word.
