It didn't tell me what the air smelled like or how cold the water would feel. But it showed enough to assure me that the destination was real. The Bible is like that when it comes to heaven. It does not give us every detail. It does not satisfy every curiosity. But it gives us enough-enough to assure us that heaven is real, enough to tell us how to get there, and enough to  give us hope when the road gets hard.
