Jamie Baker (@Bakes_Jamie13) is a Canadian former ice hockey player who was selected by the Quebec Nordiques in the 1988 NHL Supplemental Draft. Following an outstanding college career with the St. Lawrence University Skating Saints, Baker went on to play in parts of 10 NHL seasons. In 2018, Jamie's lifelong-battle with depression came to a head and he nearly took his own life. After seeking treatment and beginning to live a much happier, and healthier life, Jame has made it a mission of his to de-stigmatize mental illness in sports and make sure everyone is able to obtain the help & support they need.
