This week Britt and Sam talk about some regrets and obstacles we have dealt with after VSG. Having surgery is a serious decision and not everyone's journey is rainbows and butterflies. We tell you some things we have experienced that aren't so fun and how we've push though.

We talk to Lynn about her about her experience starting a boutique in the mist of a pandemic. Also the aftermath of loosing weight for a wedding, now that the wedding's over what comes next?
This week Britt and Sam talk about the best practices for traveling while plus size. We love to travel and sometimes it can be intimidating to ask for a seatbelt extender or sit in the middle seat. This week we talk about ways to make flying enjoyable and comfortable. Once you get to your destination the hotel robe won't fit or the towel won't close. No problem We got you covered! On this weeks episode Britt and Sam talk about the idea of perfection and how that can affect you mental health. If your loosing weight though surgery or naturally. Your "goal" weight or size can change and that is ok. We talk about comparing yourself to other and setting realistic goals while you go though this process.
On this weeks episode Britt and Sam talk about sex, drugs and alcohol after weight loss surgery. Sex...How long did we wait? Was there any pain? Have we tried any new positions? Drugs...this is a big one for the WLS community. Addiction is something that a lot of people deal with postop. We talk about what drugs we've done and if there is any difference in how they effect us after WLS. Alcohol...how liquor effects you after WLS? How much we can tolerate post surgery compared to pre surgery? This was a fun episode to record but remember transfer of addiction is very common in the weight loss community.
