We're brilliant at looking forwards. At setting goals. At planning what's next. But taking time to genuinely look back and celebrate what we've achieved? To acknowledge the obstacles we've overcome, the solutions we've created, the progress we've made? That's something we tend to skip right past. And I think that's a real shame. Because that reflection, that celebration, it's not indulgent. It's strategic. It's how we build sustainable success. In this year end episode, we're pausing to do what creative entrepreneurs rarely give themselves permission to do: look back and genuinely acknowledge how far we've come. We'll explore why we skip this crucial step, why it matters more than you might think, and what happens when you give yourself space to reflect on where your exceptional strengths showed up this year.   Key Moments: [01:39] Taking time to celebrate how far you have come [02:53] Why we skip this step: The real power of looking back [08:40] My personal reflection [10:44] The one powerful question to reflect on over the next few days: where did your exceptional strengths show up this year? [13:39] A gentle invitation   Notable Quotes: "When you take time to acknowledge how far you've come, something changes. You start to see your capabilities more clearly. You recognise patterns in what works for you. You build confidence in your ability to solve problems and overcome challenges."   Resources Mentioned: Read: This Week's Full Journal Post Link: Why Taking Time Off Work is The Smartest Productivity Strategy Link: The Base Notes Waitlist Subscribe to our Weekly newsletter Website: www.philippacraddock.com Send an Email: news@philippacraddock.com   Share Your Insights: I'd love to hear from you: Where did your exceptional strengths show up this year? For the first time in nearly 10 months, the New Orleans Saints won a football game. And while it doesn't change a lot in the grand scheme of things, it marks a reason to celebrate. One thing is for certain: This team won't get shutout in 2025. Host Jim Derry says in his “Dime” the end of this eight-game losing streak is similar to the end of a 14-game skid from 45 years ago. So how do Saints fans feel? As usual, they're very vocal on another “Mano E Monday” edition of the Dattitude Podcast (Ep. 424) presented by Evangeline Securities. We'll also share the locker room celebration from Coach Kellen Moore and give a tip of the cap to quarterback Spencer Rattler, both of whom gained their first NFL victories. Gabe Henderson is here for overall thoughts on Week 5 in the league and his pick for Monday Night Football, and the duo touches on LSU and Tulane returning from their bye weeks.

Mile High Chiro Podcast

Robert Fitzgerald Kennedy Jr. was just confirmed by the Senate today as the new Secretary of Health and Human Services for the United States.   I am overwhelmed with how big a deal this is for the health of America.   Chronic disease has been an epidemic in this country. The vaccine industry is not held accountable for any kind of damage due to vaccines. The recommended vaccines for children has grown through the years from three vaccines to seventy-two, including the Covid-19 vaccine that was not properly tested and which has caused tremendous harm to many people.   All of this is extremely alarming. It may not directly be a chiropractic issue and yet it is certainly a part of the overall challenge with non-holistic health care in America. The hold that Big Pharma has had on our country is tragic. In addition, the quality of food in the U.S. has degenerated over the years into almost wholly unhealthy levels.   RFK Jr. has long been a critic of vaccines and a supporter of holistic health. He advocates for making the country healthy again through good food, exercise, and healthy nerve and immune systems. If Kennedy can do 25%, maybe even 10%, of what he has said he wants to do, it would be the biggest advance for healthcare in the United States of America since I've been alive.     To celebrate his appointment, as a gift, you can receive full access to his presentation at Mile High in 2023. It is an honor that he was willing to take time during his presidential run to speak to a tremendous group of chiropractors in the Mile High state. He loves principled chiropractic, and has supported it.   I'm in full support of him in this position, and I hope you are, too. The battle for him to get this position was a long and difficult one, and it's likely that the battle has only just begun. Doing what he wants to do in this new position isn't going to be an easy position. I'm grateful that he's fighting this fight.     Let's celebrate. These are things that we've wanted our whole lifetimes!   Yours in Service,   Dr. Danny   P.S. If you want to market your Chiropractic-based product or service to thousands of chiropractors, check out the opportunity to become a Mile High Podcast sponsor at bit.ly/BeAPodcastSponsor.
