PHX Beer Co. is a multi-location brewing powerhouse in Arizona's capital city of Phoenix. On top of having a killer lineup at their downtown tap room and production brewery, they also boast a solid distribution network and brewpub concepts in Phoenix and Scottsdale. We spoke to Brewery Director Adam Wojcik nto long after their grand opening in late 2019, well before COVID-19 hit.
