There are two types of leaders out there. 1 — those who focus on people's strengths and make them grow and shine brighter. They do it by meeting everyone's purpose with a custom-built job scope that can multiply the impact of the talent already present along with the demands of the business. 2 – ½ Leaders who think about themselves first and end up trying to reform people before giving them a chance to show their full potential.
