In a year full of challenges and setbacks, how do you step back and take a breath? How do you reflect on what is important to you right now and in the future? How do you work out whether you are heading in the right direction? Has the pandemic forced you to stop and reflect? Elite athletes spend time in rest and reflection, should you? Understanding your own limitations and where you can push and when you should consolidate is important. I brainstormed these questions in my latest podcast with professional speaker Shirley Anne Fortina.
