Your mental makeup is what your body, present and future depend on when it comes to finding happiness or that silver lining. This podcast is to help one another grow and to lift each other up. Thank you for tuning in!
Turning 33 today and it's a rainy, cold day. But thinking a lot about what I want in my life, personally. Grateful for my life.
Self-love can come in many forms, but I've found the best way for me. I hope this episode helps you find your way to self-love too! I never understood the concept of self-love, fully. Now, I can say whole-heartedly that I do. It's a crazy, different feeling and a relief. This is something we should all practice every day. The love you give yourself can awe you into understanding yourself so much more.
This is a mixed topic of love, understanding, empathy, forgiveness, and letting go of self-entitlement. The most important thing that connects us in life is how we treat one another. People show kindness in so many ways/forms to complete strangers. Why is that? Because we all know how it feels to want to connect and not feel alone. Love connect us, but we have to respect and cherish love by showing understanding and empathy to one another. We have to learn to break down barriers that harm us and each other, anything that creates a negative space. Whether you believe in religion or not, if you are spiritual or not, you have only this life to live--which is why you should live it well. I hope you enjoy today's Podcast. I am also looking for a guest, randomly. If you are interested in being a guest on my next show, please e-mail me at (laugh or don't laugh) jollyforjen@gmail.com Have a wonderful week!
I didn't expect August to be such a whirlwind for me but it has. I experience a traumatic moment and couldn't bring myself to do a podcast until now. I had to process my thoughts and feelings, mainly because I had to let go of the negativity first. Have you ever felt angry about the trauma you've been through and want to lash out? This was constant for me but I had to turn this experience into something else. Also, grateful for the people who gave me sound advice when this did happen to me. Thank you.
If you're having a really difficult time and could use an episode where we can relate, I hope you listen. Life throws us a lot of curve balls that we, sometimes, feel that we cannot handle. I've been there with you. It's not easy but maybe we can help one another get out of it. Cheers~

As a woman who has gone through this, this is coming directly from my perspective. I wanted to do this in hopes that it would help others. This doesn't just have to be for women, but it could be for men too. It's all about how you think and what you believe. Thank you!
