    Are you aware that your subconscious is always recording, even when you make negative statements about yourself like, " I am so fat" or I am so stupid." In this episode, I am giving you over 90 positive statements you can use to rewrite the negative self talk stored in your subconscious. My call to action for you is to listen to this episode at least 2 times a day. This can be in the morning and mid-day or on the ride home from work for 21 days. Do yourself a favor and follow through with this call to action so that you can start rewriting your negative self talk. In this episode I will go over the definition to help you gain clarity on how not being conscious can show up in your life as well as give you some steps you can take to start living consciously. I will also give you a homework assignment to complete at the end of this episode so then you can start to do the work of living consciously and reconnect into your authentic self.
