Maximum Medicine & The Healing Hour with Dr. Sharon Martin: Bridging the Mystical & Scientific™
What if your consciousness is not confined to your body, your lifetime, or even linear time itself? In this deeply contemplative episode of Maximum Medicine Radio, Dr. Sharon Martin explores the limitless nature of consciousness and its profound implications for healing, biology, and human evolution. Drawing from her experiences with shamanic journeying, guided meditation at the Monroe Institute, quantum physics, Buddhist teachings, and modern metaphysics, Dr. Martin invites listeners into a radical rethinking of reality. She examines the idea that consciousness exists beyond space and time — that what we call “past lives,” parallel realities, or multidimensional experiences may all be occurring simultaneously. From this perspective, healing is no longer constrained by slow biological processes, but may instead be unlocked through intention, awareness, and the observer effect described in quantum physics. Dr. Martin reflects on miraculous healings, the work of master practitioners, and conversations with Buddhist teacher Joseph Selbie, revealing how biology itself may be far more flexible and responsive than we've been taught. She challenges the notion that our genetics, cells, and physical limitations are fixed, proposing instead that consciousness is a primary driver of transformation — at both the individual and planetary level. This episode also honors indigenous wisdom traditions, shamanic knowledge, and humanity's ancient understanding of our deep connection to nature, the cosmos, and one another. Dr. Martin reminds us that we haven't lost this connection — only our awareness of it. For fellow travelers, seekers, and anyone curious about the intersection of science, spirituality, and healing, this conversation is an invitation to expand your awareness, question what you believe is possible, and remember that we are far more limitless than we imagine.

Maximum Medicine & The Healing Hour with Dr. Sharon Martin: Bridging the Mystical & Scientific™
In this enlightening episode of Maximum Medicine, Dr. Sharon Martin unpacks a deceptively simple piece of advice making waves in the personal growth world — “Let them.” What does it really mean to “let them”? To let others behave as they will, even when their actions hurt, exploit, or drain you? Dr. Martin takes this modern mantra far beyond the realm of mindset coaching and into the deep field of energetic medicine — showing how the practice of “letting them” can actually protect your life force and preserve your connection to vitality, spirit, and Source. Drawing on her years of experience as both a physician and a shamanic practitioner, Dr. Martin explores the luminous energy field — the subtle, invisible boundary that connects our soul to universal consciousness and impacts our physical health. She reveals how energy entanglements, unhealthy relationships, and emotional caretaking can literally drain our life force, leaving us depleted and unwell. Through grounded metaphors and spiritual insight, she teaches how to maintain energetic sovereignty — to keep your field clean, your power intact, and your vitality strong. “Your power is yours. No one can take your energy field unless you open the door and invite them in.” By the end, Dr. Martin invites us to practice “Let them” not as resignation, but as radical self-respect — a return to our divine right to guard our own light. Because when we reclaim our energy and stop leaking power, we heal not just ourselves, but the collective energy of the planet.

In this episode of Maximum Medicine, Dr. Sharon Martin explores a provocative question: what if being right is actually wrong for your healing and evolution? Drawing from her medical practice and shamanic teachings inspired by Carlos Castaneda, Dr. Martin unpacks how the need to be right can imprison us within a narrow window of perception—blocking our energy, limiting our possibilities, and even harming our physical health. Through heartfelt reflections and real-world examples from her patients, she illuminates how holding onto righteousness, anger, or superiority can create toxicity in the body, while shifting toward openness, gratitude, and forgiveness invites a higher vibrational state that supports cellular harmony and healing. She challenges listeners to soften their stance, release rigidity, and experiment with a radical new practice:“What if I might not be right? What if truth exists in a different window of perception?” This episode invites you to explore the medicine of flexibility — the freedom that comes from letting go of the need to be right, and the deep healing that flows in when you open your energy to new possibilities.

In this heart-opening episode of Maximum Medicine, Dr. Sharon Martin sits down with Lisa Campion — psychic, empath, Reiki Master Teacher, and author of The Art of Psychic Reiki, Energy Healing for Empaths, and Awakening Your Psychic Ability. Together, they dive deep into the energetics of healing, personal responsibility, and how to stay balanced as an empath in a world that often feels energetically overwhelming. Lisa shares her journey from early psychic development to becoming a leading Reiki teacher, offering a grounded explanation of what Reiki truly is — a connection to universal life force energy — and why the clarity of the practitioner's channel profoundly shapes the healing experience. The two explore what it means to be a clear channel for energy, why shadow work and inner child healing are essential for authentic practitioners, and how to discern between empathy and empathic overload. “We're all Luke Skywalker — constantly choosing between the light and the dark, moment by moment.” Their discussion expands into today's digital age — how constant scrolling, misinformation, and emotional manipulation online can subtly infiltrate our energy fields. Lisa offers practical ways to protect your vibration, from grounding and breathwork to the simple medicine of joy, nature, and creative play.

Maximum Medicine & The Healing Hour with Dr. Sharon Martin: Bridging the Mystical & Scientific™
In this powerful and thought-provoking episode of Maximum Medicine, Dr. Sharon Martin takes us far beyond the headlines about weight-loss injections to explore a stunning question: Could GLP-1 medications be part of an evolutionary shift in humanity's relationship with food — and ourselves? Dr. Martin blends her experience as a physician and her training in shamanic and energy medicine to unpack the physical, hormonal, and spiritual dynamics behind the modern obesity epidemic. She challenges the old narrative that excess weight is simply a matter of willpower and instead presents a multidimensional view that spans endocrinology, environment, behavior, and consciousness itself. Through compelling stories from her patients and a deep dive into both science and soul, Dr. Martin explores how GLP-1 medications may be doing more than reducing cravings — they may be quieting the “food noise” that has dominated our inner landscape, creating space for self-awareness, choice, and healing. “Maybe this isn't just about fitting into a smaller size. Maybe it's about awakening to a bigger version of who we are.” Dr. Martin invites us to see this medical breakthrough as an opportunity for transformation — a “revolution for our evolution.” One that could restore our sacred relationship with nourishment, reconnect us with our bodies, and even spark a global return to living in harmony with the Earth that feeds us.

In the first half, shamanic energy healer and allopathic physician Dr. Sharon Martin shared insights on self-care and spiritual connection during the holiday season. "We've got to lower our expectations of ourselves and the burdens we put on ourselves-- this idea that you have to buy everything, you have to do everything," she said, advocating for a more centered approach to the holidays, with a focus on forgiveness. Dr. Martin pointed out the need to bring the sacred into daily life, explaining, "We as humans are intimately linked to the energies of nature, of the cosmos," and can access universal consciousness through such things as rituals, music, and meditation. "Sound is a primal energy of the universe," she added, noting that music can align the mind, body, and spirit. When asked about her spiritual practices, she described her connection to "magical beings," particularly dragons, which she views as a creative energy source. "I connect to that force... to ask for assistance, to help understand," Martin detailed. Ultimately, she believes that returning to the heart and embracing gratitude is essential for personal evolution. Regarding manifesting, she emphasized the importance of having a strong belief in the outcome and aligning one's desires with action. She suggested that successful individuals often visualize their goals, tapping into the "big field of pure potential" that connects them to a universal consciousness.-------------In the latter half, exorcist and spiritual deliverance minister Bill Bean shared his harrowing journey through childhood trauma and demonic forces that plagued his family, as well as some of the cases of demonic oppression and possession that he's worked on in recent years. He recounted how his family's struggles began when they moved into a home in Glen Burnie, Maryland, where dark forces had been invited through ancestral rituals. From ages five to twelve, Bean faced regular demonic attacks that caused immense trauma, leading to the destruction of his family. He poignantly remarked, "It's a miracle that I'm here today...the devil was trying to kill me."Recalling a particularly intense case from 2014 at the home of a possessed woman, he confronted a "black hooded being" at least seven feet tall with glowing red eyes and possible folded-in wings. "I shouted at it. I said, by the mighty power of Yahweh, the mighty and holy name, and Yeshua Jesus, in Christ's name, I bind and rebuke you and command you to depart!" He threw a mixture of holy water and oil on it, and "it let out a screech like I have never heard before or since in my life" and then it fled the home.He revealed that such dark entities often enter through a specific portal or location in the home, and that it's crucial to maintain a high frequency and vibration when dealing with them. "When a person's frequency is down...they are wide open and vulnerable for demonic attack," he noted. Bean also discussed his extensive travel to assist those in need, sharing that he's helped people in over 60 countries, including over the phone and video, demonstrating that faith transcends physical distance.
