Your home is a reflection of the stage or even the state of mind you are in. Welcome to today's episode of the ‘School of Self-Image' Podcast with host and self-image coach, Tonya Leigh, where personal development meets style. This is a go-to podcast for women who desire to transform their self-image so that they can create mind-blowing results in their lives. Do you agree that your home is a reflection of who you are? Because I strongly believe that your home represents and reveals so much about a person, even their personality. The way you decorate your home, the colors you choose, and the furnishings you choose based on your preferences, speak volumes about you. The things you display such as photographs or mementos that connect to your values and beliefs show what is most important to you. And what about your experiences? Do you travel? Do you cherish those memories and places? Anyone who enters your home will know this instantly depending on what they see. Is your home calm, cluttered, busy, or colorful? What does your home reveal about you? Over the years of moving from one place to another, I've had so many where I have learned so much about someone just by living for a time in their space. Your home is part of your self-image, even without you knowing it. If you're curious to know more about what your home reveals about you, head over and listen to this week's episode! What I Cover In This Episode: 0:00 - Intro 1:21 - Tips for getting things done 2:15 - What does ‘home mean to you'? 6:05 - How is Tonya Leigh living her life? 10:44 - What is your home saying about you? 14:14 - My top 4 values 15:38 - What is your version of your own ‘ideal wealthy home'? 21:44 - How to be a woman for the future? 23:23 - Reasons why your home is a great reflection of who you are Quotes: “I often say your inner world creates your outer world. So, how you think and feel impacts the choices that you make, and those choices create results equal to your outer world. Everything that's around your environment, your home, the people you hang out with impact your inner world.” “I'm a big advocate of changing your outer world to help you change your inner one. One of the ways that we can do that is to focus on elevating, transforming, and possibly even changing our home ~ the place that we live because our home reveals so much about us.” “When we're looking at our homes, it tells a big meta-story about us. It can tell us our fears. It can tell us about our darkest secrets. It can tell us about our personality, and our dreams. Our house can reveal so much. It also offers us a snapshot of what's going on within us at this moment.” “I look around at the things that I've chosen to have. Over the next year as we live here, it's actually really telling. That's the beauty of a home. It will reveal to you what's important. It will reveal to you what your values are. It will reveal to you maybe even your dreams and your fears.” “No matter the state of your home right now, you are an amazing, beautiful woman. So what your home is revealing about you is simply your thought and about your environment, because at the end of the day, that's our whole experience, what we think about everything.” Useful Resources: FREE Download: Self-Image Manifesto Connect with Self-Image Coach Tonya Leigh: Website: https://schoolofselfimage.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tonyaleigh/?hl=en Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TonyaLeighOfficial/ TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@lifecoachschool YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC1RNNnPWpxvq7y7jK5rlOmQ
Six Figure Stylist: The 5-Step Plan To Becoming A Successful Style CEO. Join us here for this free event! How we show up each day says a lot about who we believe ourselves to BE. Every action we take and every word we speak either leads us in a direction that supports us or ultimately detracts from it. While we cannot monitor ourselves 100% of the time, it's good to become aware of what we're regularly doing because it speaks volumes about how we view ourselves. And how we view ourselves is always reaffirmed in our actions, thoughts, and language daily. We always reaffirm our beliefs about ourselves and prove them true in how we show up. This is why identity work and being mindful of how we show up is so impactful. Small shifts can have massive impacts on our lives and what we experience. Let's talk about it more on today's episode. When we don't like our bodies, we often miss out on meaningful experiences such as swimming, playing sports or going on dates. Feeling good about ourselves allows us to enjoy life more and participate in activities that bring us joy. 7 Ways to Improve Body Image This Summer: 1) Practice positive self-talk- be mindful of the language you are using when talking about yourself and replace any negative thoughts with positive ones. 2) Focus on all your wonderful qualities - think about everything that makes you unique, such as your talents, skills, and passions. This will help boost your self-confidence. 3) Treat yourself with kindness - do things that make you feel good, like buying yourself a new suit or taking extra time for self-care. 4) Stay active - try different kinds of exercise that make you feel good both physically and mentally, like yoga or walking outdoors. Exercise releases endorphins which can help lift your mood and give you energy. 5) Surround yourself with people who love and accept you - being around people who support us can help us stay positive even when we are feeling down about ourselves. 6) Wear clothes that make you comfortable - choose items of clothing that look good but also make sure they fit correctly so they don't add unnecessary stress to your day. 7) Celebrate progress - focus on small accomplishments rather than focusing solely on long-term goals; celebrate even the smallest victories along your journey towards improved body image! Overcome Superwoman Syndrome: Prioritize, Say No and Get Help SUMMARY This episode is dedicated to all the superwomen out there who are trying to do it all and be it all. Host Tonya Leigh explains how many women find themselves in the predicament of trying to fulfill multiple roles such as being a career woman, mother, wife, friend, daughter and more while also trying to maintain high standards in each role. This is referred to as the Superwoman Syndrome, a term coined in the 1980s by Dr. Marjorie Hansen Chavez in her book The Superwoman Syndrome. Women may feel guilty or ashamed if they cannot meet their own expectations and feel like they need to do and be everything to everyone. The Superwoman Syndrome is a condition which leads to burnout, stress, and other negative health outcomes. People afflicted with the syndrome are not prioritizing their self care, playing, or resting, as they are too busy trying to live up to the expectations of others. To get out of the toxic cycle of the Superwoman Syndrome, one must understand the root of the fear and deal with it. Additionally, they must be willing to say no to things that are not important to them in order to help them focus on their most important priorities. Finally, they must acknowledge that this may mean disappointing some people, but it is necessary in order to take control of one's life. Here is what we cover in this episode: 0:00:00 Exploring the Superwoman Syndrome: A Conversation with Self-Image Coach Tonya Leigh 0:02:54 Understanding the Causes and Consequences of Superwoman Syndrome 0:04:34 Facing the Fear of Not Being Good Enough 0:09:25 Prioritizing and Saying No 0:13:37 Self Care, Saying No, and Being Imperfect 0:15:38 Tips for Entrepreneurs 0:17:57 The Benefits of Hiring Help: Taking Advantage of Available Resources Quotes: There's a thing where you can get a dog sitter. There are all these amazing apps with help at your fingertips, and yet a lot of you refuse to take advantage of it. Why? Why aren't you getting the help that you need? To overcome superwoman syndrome, you're going to have to be willing to be imperfect and to realize that it's a beautiful thing. Because that means you've accepted yourself as you are. And you're showing up in your most expansive self. And expansive does not mean perfect. Expansive means true. I'm not good enough, and I'm afraid of being found out. So let me put on this facade and pretend that I am perfect. This is what superwomen do. Even when you make mistakes, even when you fail, even when it's not all buttoned up and buttoned up and tidy, you're still extraordinary. You're still amazing. Let me tell you all, resentment is a telltale sign that you may be suffering from Superwoman Syndrome. So pay attention if you're feeling resentful or angry or frustrated on a daily basis. Those are three emotions that often indicate that you have this syndrome. Stay connected! "Unlock Your Potential With A Pain Push - Your Guide To Personal Development Through Style & Self-Image" SUMMARY In this episode of The School of Self-Image, the host Tonya Leigh talks about the concept of a pain push, which is a way of motivating yourself to take action and achieve your goals, even when you feel like you're sabotaging your own efforts. She explains that it's important to recognize what your pain points are, and use them as your motivators. In this conversation, Tonya reflects on a moment in her life when she hit rock bottom and was fed up with her own behavior. She calls it a pain push and views it as a blessing in disguise that was the catalyst to make big changes in her life. TIMESTAMPS 0:00:01 Episode #1: Harnessing the Power of a Pain Push to Take Action and Achieve Your Goals 0:02:15 "The Power of Being Fed Up: How Pain Can Be a Catalyst for Change" 0:06:03 Reflection on Rock Bottom Moment: A Catalyst for Change 0:08:26 Heading: Exploring the Concept of Pain Pushes Before the Pain 0:10:38 Using Pain as a Motivator: How to Get Moving Towards Your Goals 0:15:17 Exploring the Use of Pain as a Motivator for Change 0:17:05 "Using Pain to Push Yourself Towards Your Goals" Quotes: So maybe you want to visualize the pain. If you continue to do what you're currently doing, that's causing you to create results that are painful, that's causing you not to live the life that you know you're here to live and allow yourself to sit in that for a moment. You have a brilliance within you and I'm simply here to help you figure out what that is. You can think about something and the brain's like, oh, we're in trouble just from visualizing it and thinking about it. And so knowing this, how can you visualize pain in a way to inspire you to take action? Sometimes, my friends, it takes a good old pain push to get you going. Ever wonder where to start when working on your style? There are so many things to learn about ourselves! Come hang out with Christie on Instagram here. The energetics of colour (podcast). Does knowing your colours limit your style? (check out the video here) Reasons why colour analysis is the best foundation for your style: Gives you direction when shopping - no overwhelming options from all of the colour selections. Makes you glow 24/7 (ever looked at your partner and thought they were radiant?)- this gets to be your natural state - effortlessly glowing. No more hair or makeup mishaps that make your teeth look yellow or like your hair is sitting like a wig. Gives you an IT factor and edge because you are enhancing your natural colouring. You can break the rules with grace by using colours as a tool. I wear my palette 95% of the time but go rogue when I feel called to with intention. From a vibrational standpoint, it elevates your energy and tells you where you are aligned or blocked energetically. Everything mixes and matches in your closet; no more colour-pairing drama!

Who I am now is not who I was. Why is it so hard to think of myself differently?
As always the Nick and Jayde podcast is full of surprises. This time we talk about finding motivation, Jayde seeing Nick do stand up for the first time, as well as a Jayde reeling in her first catfish. We also catch up on all the happenings in our lives these past couple weeks and try to find the lessons in the hardships as we love to do. We may not have solved all of our problems but sometimes you just need a good old fashioned conversation to get them laid out in front of you without any of the stories you tell yourself to keep them hidden. Come have a listen if you want to come along the wild ride with us and feel free to let us know what you would like to hear on future episodes.

Uncovering The ROI Of Style In this episode of School of Self-Image, host and Self-Image Coach Tonya Leigh, shares insights about the return on investment (ROI) of style. She shares how she has noticed improvements in her physical and mental health since moving to a new environment and how her friend has seen a tenfold increase in her business as a result of investing in style. Instead of spending a lot of money on expensive clothing to appear wealthy, the ROI of true style is emotional. It will make the wearer feel abundant, confident, powerful, and great in their own skin. The conversation also discusses how investing in designer items, such as a handbag, can help change the wearer's self-image. It can provide evidence for what they want to believe about themselves and be life-changing. The speaker suggests that action alone isn't enough and that the action needs to be taken with purpose in order to change thoughts about oneself. Finally, the conversation wraps up by discussing how feeling better, more confident, and more empowered will also have an emotional ROI. What I cover in this episode: 0:00:01 "Exploring the ROI of Style: A Conversation with Tanya Lee" 0:06:32 Exploring the Impact of Style on Our Lives 0:09:44 "The Importance of Taking Care of Yourself: How Our Appearance Affects Our Perception" 0:11:25 The ROI of True Style: Leveraging the Brain to Get a Return and Make Our Lives Better 0:17:26 "The Power of Intentional Dressing: How Investing in Your Style Can Lead to Financial and Emotional Returns" 0:19:48 "The Power of Style: How to Use Attention to Your Advantage" 0:24:11 The Power of Professional Style: How to Elevate Your First Impression and Increase Your Net Worth 0:26:37 "The Power of Elevating Your Status Through Style" 0:28:45 "The Power of Style: How to Make Lasting Impressions and Transform Your Self-Image" Quotes: You are trying to increase your net worth. You're wanting to attract quality men. You're wanting to place yourself in quality environments. And therefore, it's important that you match the energy of that which you want. Style has the ability to help you do that. The ROI of style also impacts your first impressions and making a great first impression matters. So the emotional return on not only discovering your style, because that is a sign that you've taken the time to get to know yourself, that you know what you love and what you don't love, but also how you feel when you put an effort. A Gucci or Chanel handbag isn't going to change your life unless you change how you see yourself. Sherwanna Livingston is a brand strategist, digital entrepreneur, mother, speaker and influential leader who brings a fresh approach to bringing brand visions to life. Known as "The Vision Catcher", Sherwanna provides innovative branding and business consulting solutions through her enterprise Live Love Your Passion LLC . Over the course of five years, Sherwanna has been blessed to consult over 100 small businesses nationwide and serve thousands of entrepreneurs in her online community. She's been featured in Digital Journal, FOX, Shoutout DFW, Voyage Dallas, and has also been the guest on several podcasts and live radio shows. Here's what we covered on the episode: How Sherwanna Get Started + Elevating Self-Image Sherwanna shares that she worked in corporate America as a corporate trainer and was laid off while 5 months pregnant The story behind when Sherwanna launched her YouTube Channel in 2018 called, Live Love Your Passion about mindset, personal development, and helping others go after their passion Sherwanna did everything from the graphics to editing for her channel, and soon people began to ask her to help with their brands 2018/2019 was a time when people wanted their Instagram feed to be aesthetically pleasing, so Sherwanna started by doing Instagram makeovers - there wasn't much strategy behind it because people just wanted it to look good Soon, Sherwanna realized her picture-perfect feed and the feeds she was creating for clients didn't reflect their true selves, which is why she doesn't fully believe in doing that anymore Sherwanna likes to dig deep with all clients but especially ones who only care about something looking good - she usually finds that there's a self-image issue Why Sherwanna is going to launch a self-image program that will help people elevate their internal image, show up 100% confidently in themselves, and help bridge the gap between whom they envision themselves being and who they are now Your business and personal brands need to tie together because the vision you have for your business came from you – it starts as a personal vision Sherwanna shares why it's so important for people to know who they are in relation to the thing they are creating We are in a time where you can't just have a logo and a company and no one showing up, interacting as a person for your company What Sherwanna's Business Looks Like + Following Your Visions Sherwanna explains that now her business looks like helping nonprofits/socially responsible organizations and shares how she was able to help Urban Specialists, a local Dallas, TX nonprofit, and UTOPIA Washington, an international nonprofit On the personal side, Sherwanna helps coach small businesses to secure corporate contracts, and she helps coach people on personal branding, which will be her main focus this year How Sherwanna realized there's a big branding gap for most nonprofits because for-profit companies normally have the branding together or even have an internal team to handle it, but nonprofits usually don't, which is why she wants to help them Sherwanna is S/WMBE certified (small business, women-owned business, and minority business enterprise certified) and explains what advantages it has for her business and how it creates stability Government entities and corporations have contracts put aside to work with small businesses, minority-owned businesses, women-owned businesses, etc. Sherwanna's Road to Certified Program helps you certify your business to qualify for grants, corporate, and government contracts One thing Sherwanna wants to step into is UGC (user-generated content) - she shares how she would do that and that she's stepped into the TikTok space With Sherwanna's personal brand, she wants to become more of who she really is – she loves beauty and cooking and wants to show more of that Sherwanna's advice is to not be afraid to do that one thing that you feel called to do – go after your visions and ideas Check out the LLYP Studios Website and connect with her on Instagram or Facebook Links mentioned: LLYP Studios Website LLYP Academy - Road To Certified Connect with Sherwanna on Instagram Connect with Sherwanna on Facebook Like what you heard? Self-image is something we talk about a lot in my Perfectionists Getting Shit Done Group Coaching Program. The reason for that is the story we tell about ourselves impacts our beliefs, feelings, actions and ultimately, the results we create in our business. These all flow from how we see ourselves, whether we're conscious of it or not. This is particularly true for perfectionists. The difference between those who prosper and those who struggle is not some inherent quality that one has and the other hasn't. It is largely a matter of how they learned to react to crisis situations. A “crisis” is a situation which can either make you or break you. If you react properly to the situation, a “crisis” can give you strength, power, wisdom you do not ordinarily possess. If you react improperly, a crisis can rob you of the skill, control, and ability that you ordinarily have to call upon. The so-called “money player” in sports, in business, or in social activities—the person who comes through in the clutch—who performs better under the stimulus of challenge, is invariably the person who has learned either consciously or unconsciously to react well to crisis situations. "Dress to Attract: Using Style to Influence Your Life Trajectory" SUMMARY In this episode of the School of Self Image, host Tonya Lee reports good news for those who have been following her moving drama. Her things arrived and she is grateful. She shares how her mind can work in funny ways, as she was worried she was scammed after reading forums about people who had been scammed by movers. She encourages her community to focus on what they want and not take on other people's stories to avoid being a mess. In the end, her things arrived, in their completeness. Tonya Leigg recently took on a six-month no shopping challenge and it was inspired by her realization that often when people make more money, they spin out of control and fill their lives with more and more things. She found that what people are really after is a feeling and that buying things does not necessarily create those feelings. She created a Style Experience program to help women get clear on what they want and how they want to show up in the world. In the program, they will engage in virtual style days, coaching calls, and the Style Lounge where the speaker will provide feedback and inspiration. Tonya discusses the importance of clothing and the effect that it can have on how one views themselves and how others see them. Everything is energy, and one's clothes are no different. According to the Law of Attraction, people will be attracted to those with similar dress styles. The speaker used to dress in scrubs and sweatpants to hide her body, but she changed when she discovered the Style Experience, which is a luxurious experience that helps people discover their unique style and how to express it. What we cover in the episode: 0:00:00 Exploring the Power of Self-Image and Style 0:02:45 Reflection on Moving Day: A Conversation with Fonz and My Mom 0:04:15 The Role of Shopping and Clothes in Our Lives 0:09:28 The Impact of Your Clothes on Your Energy and Attraction 0:11:53 Dressing on Purpose: How Clothing Can Impact Your Mental and Emotional Processes" 0:18:11 The Power of Professional Style: How Dressing for Success Can Impact Your Life 0:19:58 Attracting People and Opportunities Through Your Style HIGHLIGHTS I was recently on a podcast with my friend Stacey Bayman. She has a great podcast called Make Money as a Life Coach, and she brought me on to talk about the effective style in our lives. And she was sharing about when she needs to write copy for a sales page or for her programs. She will get dressed up to the nines, because the energy that she feels can be felt, in her words, because everything's energy, you all it's all connected. There's a term called enclosed cognition, and basically it's a psychological phenomenon that looks at the effects of clothing on your mental and emotional processes. And they've done studies, one being that they put students in a lab coat and compared their grades with students who weren't in a lab coat. And the students in the lab coat scored higher on the test. And it's because the association of a lab coat symbolizes intelligence, power, confidence, and how that impacts how you think. And the same goes for clothes. Your clothes have an energy that impacts how you see yourself. And so on one level, those clothes are calling forth an action from you. And at the same time, it's attracting opportunities and people that are attracted to that energy. So at the end of the day, the clothes impact your energy. They impact how you see yourself, but also it's impacting how other people see you. So come and join us at the Style Experience. You can go to schoolofselfimage.com/styleexperience and check out all of the details. So today I have a question for you. What are your clothes attracting? And I want you to sit with that question for a moment and really think about it. Because everything is energy. Everything is attracting certain things to it. It's why certain people gather in certain places. There is an energy there that calls like energy towards it. We're going to be having virtual style days along with coaching calls. We're going to have the Style Lounge, where I'm giving feedback around style and sharing stylish inspiration. And so if you have not checked this out, it's going to be a very high end, luxurious experience where you are going to elevate how you show up in the world. And you are going to discover your unique style and how to express that, not only in how you dress, but in how you carry yourself and what you choose. Are you aware that the #1 reason why people shop is based on emotion? Yes. Emotional shopping is a thing! This is a go-to podcast for women who desire to transform their self-image so that they can create mind-blowing results in their lives. Style is my life, so obviously shopping was part of my idently. If you're listening to this podcast, you know that I'm currently detoxing from shopping. I decided to challenge myself for 6 months. No shopping. Period. 4 months have passed and to tell you honestly, I'm still struggling. I have a bunch of pushback from myself and the people around me. I never really felt the "pressuer" before now. Is it culteral? It is an addiction? Is it a comfort or a way to fit in? I am learning so much from saying no to shopping for six month and learning a lot about myself that I am excited to share. And today, I can finally say that shopping is not everything to me! Yes, you heard that right! So if you're up for this challenge and too curious about what it can do in your life, join me and listen to this week's episode! What I Cover In This Episode: 0:00 - Intro 0:35 - Life update! 2:30 - Reasons why you should focus on things you have control with 3:20 - What's God's plan? 3:43 - SOSI: Figuring out what's working and what's not for you 7:53 - Takeaway #1: Some of your friends would think you're crazy. 9:49 - Takeaway #2: Have a plan when you're experiencing struggles to break a habit. 11:37 - Takeaway #3: Energy is everything. 12:34 - Takeaway #4: The bigger the challenge, the more likely you might fall along the way. 17:01 - Takeaway #5: Some of your spending decisions come from luck and scarcity. 18:31 - Takeaway #6: Keep your why in front of you. 19:38 - Takeaway #7: It feels good to honor your own words and commitment to the future. 21:56 - Takeaway #8: How to separate abundance from spending. 24:15 - Takeaway #9: It gives me time to realize what my future needs are. 25:38 - Takeaway #10: You learn to maximize the things you already have. 26:51 - Takeaway #11: A space for investing and appreciating assets more. Quotes: “ … I've remained calm. I'm staying focused. I'm dealing with the things that I can manage and control and letting everything else go because there's nothing I can do about it.” “When you're in a state of worry, when you're in a state of stress, one of the things that help me is I write everything down that I'm worried about, and I create two lists, on one side, it's my list, and I move things to that side that I can influence, manage, control with my actions.” “Listen, you all know I love beautiful clothes. I love style. I think the style has the ability to transform your life. However, I also know that we can have excuses and sabotage ourselves in the name of certain things, in the name of style, in the name of money, in the name of whatever.” “You have to keep your 'why' in front of you.” “Everybody was shopping, some people were buying things. I was so happy to just look. I did not feel at all. I was missing out. In fact, I felt like I was getting so much because visually I was so just happy. I was also happy knowing, number one, that I was honoring my commitment, even though I saw beautiful things. I was like, ‘Ooh, that looks like me, but not today.' That felt good just knowing I was honoring my word and my commitment. Then it also felt good to know that I was investing in my future. By not spending money mindlessly, that money is going to exist in my future. Therefore, I'm investing in my future. “ “I think the best way to create your goal is to appreciate where you are right now because that is the energy of your future. You need to be practicing it now. But for me, the abundance that I've been feeling from this no-shopping challenge is about appreciating what I already have.” Useful Resources: FREE Download: Self-Image Manifesto Connect with Self-Image Coach Tonya Leigh: Website: https://schoolofselfimage.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tonyaleigh/?hl=en Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TonyaLeighOfficial/ TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@lifecoachschool YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC1RNNnPWpxvq7y7jK5rlOmQ

Her caller today feels like he's constantly held down by his mother and sister, who diminish him as less of a man. Unfortunately, he's financial dependent on his mother, and feels more like her emotional partner rather than her son, so isn't sure how to stand up and be his own person. “Never underestimate the power of self-love, because loving yourself is an avenue to an extraordinary life.” Welcome to today's episode of the ‘School of Self-Image' Podcast with host and self-image coach, Tonya Leigh, where personal development meets style. This is your go-to podcast for women who desire to transform their self-image so that they can create mind-blowing results in their lives. A productivity hack is a tip, trick, or technique that can help you work more efficiently and effectively, often by streamlining or simplifying a process or task. These hacks can range from simple tools or apps that help you stay organized, to more complex strategies for managing your time and energy. The reason I'm telling you this is to answer one of the most asked questions I hear: ‘How do you get so much done in your life?'. First, being productive is part of choosing to live an extraordinary life. Next, having an amazing support system and a schedule is essential. These are probably the obvious ones, but those are not my secret productivity hack. Today I am revealing one secret productivity hack that really works for me. This is the foundation of how I can be extraordinary with all the things I do and all the tasks I juggle. So if you're ready to know what it is, be sure to listen to this week's episode! What I Cover In This Episode: 0:00: Intro 0:49 - How's my life in North Carolina living in my suitcase 2:56 - LAST CALL to join The School of Self-Image 3:54 - What's my secret productivity hack? 5:11 - How to love yourself 5:40 - Thought #1: ‘I am not good enough.' 6:19 - Thought #2: ‘I am behind.' 7:22 - Reasons why you should not turn yourself down 8:59 - The more you speak love with yourself, the more you will be productive 12:18 - How to make yourself a priority 17:26 - The importance of self-love Quotes: “Today is your day. You get up and you go love yourself enough to honor your word. And to take care of you. And trust that everything's gonna fall into place.” “When we treat ourselves lovingly and when we speak kindly to ourselves, then we can get on board with what we really want. That's when we can get so much more done. Let's blow our minds with what we're capable of achieving, not through self-loathing, but through self-love, self-encouragement, and self-respect. That is how you achieve extraordinary things. That is how you become more productive. So self-love, is how you speak to yourself.” “To take a step back and make yourself a priority by taking care of yourself.” “Self-love, this is my secret productivity hack.
