Well, that was unexpected. The Wright State series came and went and the Norse looked pretty good against the Raiders for all 80 minutes. Kyle and Chris welcome Jalen Billups on to the show. We open up discussing Jalen's high school career and recruiting process. Jalen gives some interesting takes on why he chose NKU.

9.16.19: Chris & Kyle cover the headlines that took place in Norse Sports between August 17th and September 7th. We talk Men's & Women's hoops and give a full fall sports update. Also, Jalen Billups joined us in studio, and we share a small portion of the interview.

(8/16): Chris and Kyle close out today's show by introducing the segment 'Keeping Up with the Norse', explaining that this segment will be where we give updates on what former Norse Athletes are up to. This will also be a segment where a former Norse Athlete can make a guest appearance on the show. We also preview the fall sports schedules for Men's and Women's Soccer and Volleyball, highlighting some of the key matches.

(8/16): Chris and Kyle recap EVERYTHING that has happened in MBB SINCE NKU lost to Texas Tech in the NCAA Tournament. This is long, but necessary. After listening to this full hour, you'll be ready to watch the Norse play their first game, and not have skipped a beat.

Ellyse was a track & field and cross country athlete at NKU and had such a bright future ahead of her. We join her friends, family and the rest of Norse Nation in grieving over this loss.
