Hey y'all! Welcome back to She's My Person. We both have allowed our stress levels to hover higher than is healthy in our careers, loves, and lives. Lately, we have been wildly aware of how freeing it feels to not take ourselves so seriously. This conversation was in flow with how we feel today, what we actively practice to keep our stress levels in check, and how we take accountability when the stress speaks over the reason. Stress is self created- and whether we choose to sit in the overwhelm or sit in the trust: the outcome has already been written. Let us know what you think! xo, Jenna + Ellen

Welcome back to She's My Person, y'all! It was the week of all the feels for us so we decided to get honest about hormone surges, the power your cycle actually has on your daily life, and some coping mechanisms we practice to honor our bodies and their process. It's a topic that really doesn't get enough media coverage and women often hold shame around the way they react right before their flow so it felt important to break it down and get vulnerable with y'all about how we react, how we are learning to communicate what we need, and how we treat our hearts and bodies with more gentle grace and less expectation. Hey y'all! Welcome back to She's My Person! We are kicking off our work/life balance series. Full transparency, we have been struggling with the balance lately! We showed up for this episode pretty exhausted, but it brought us to a place of deep reflection. 2020 was hard, y'all. So many of us had our worst case scenarios happen and the world as we know it flipped upside down. The loudest lesson for us is that sometimes the strongest way to battle is actually to surrender. To trust, to lean in, to allow love to be the focus. We spent 2020 with more time for what is actually sacred and as we begin working for a "normal" world, there are lessons the last 365 days gave us that feel vital to take forward with us. We hope this allows you the same space to reflect, to remember that what we need always shows up, and at the end it's all love- so let's let everyday be that, too. xo, Jenna + Ellen

Welcome back to She's My Person! Y'all- this was a tough one for co-host Jenna to share. Those of you that are battling, in recovery, or have recovered from an eating disorder- you know how deeply sensitive it all feels. But so much of our pain is universal. In this episode, I touch on everything to the trigger that ignited the process to the denial that is inevitable to the moment I knew I wasn't okay and the imperfect healing process that followed that. It's still a daily decision to choose love over criticism. I have to actively remember that my body will move, shimmy, and shake in all different forms depending on the day but my worth is rooted in unshakeable ground. My mission is to hand you my heart- wide open- in hopes that it saves you even just one moment of not feeling worthy. I see you. You are amazing. And my oh my do you deserve to heal. There's an abundance of love waiting for you to claim it. And as my girl Robin from Peleton says, let's work for bodies that say "I've lived". Say it with me, boss. xo, Jenna + Ellen
