In this weeks episode, Bethany shares quite the list on how to live a bit more minimally. Something that you may not have known is that, Bethany and her husband Tyler have moved a total of 7 times in the 3 years they have been married. So decluttering and living with a bit less is something she has become used to, and actually enjoys. She also shares a list of things you don't actually need to buy for your baby and alternatives you probably already have to use instead. Using this list, will not only save you money, because let's be real, babies are expensive, it will also save you a lot of space and clutter in your home. This has been something that she has struggled with mentally since having her son, unexpectedly at 35 weeks. Bethany believes that telling her story out loud will allow her to fully heal and move on in order to begin preparing for another pregnancy in the future.
