Heal Your Life Talk Radio Show with Victoria Johnson, Heal Your Life Trainer and Coach Trainer
Guest: Terisa Kinsey Novick - Part 1Contact: tknovick@gmail.comIn this heartfelt and deeply reflective episode, Victoria sits down with Terisa Kinsey Novick, a master training consultant with more than 20 years of experience in adult learning and the implementation of training systems for major organisations.Terisa shares the philosophy that guides her life: “Let go and let God.” What may sound simple reveals itself as a powerful spiritual and emotional practice. She explains that true inner peace does not come from controlling circumstances but from turning inward, expanding perspective, and trusting something greater than ourselves. The conversation explores Terisa's personal journey through significant loss, including the death of her first love, her mother, and her brother, and most recently her husband. Rather than becoming defined by grief, she describes how these experiences reshaped her understanding of death. She now sees it as a transition rather than an ending.Victoria reflects on the noticeable peace in Terisa's words and asks how she navigates moments when grief feels overwhelming. Terisa shares that she learned to let emotions move through her instead of resisting them, and she describes loss as an “address change,” a shift in location rather than a disappearance. They also discuss Terisa's experience attending the Heal Your Life training in Banff and how that work supported her transformation and resilience during challenging seasons. This episode is a gentle yet powerful conversation about surrender, grief, faith, spiritual connection, and the strength that comes from inner alignment. It offers comfort and perspective for anyone navigating loss or seeking deeper peace. Stay tuned for part two! In this episode, I share one of the most synchronistic client stories I have ever heard that shocked me! It began with a client simply hearing about Canada. Then she kept hearing about Banff. Then Reiki kept coming into conversation. One connection led to another until she found my podcast, or should I say my podcast found her. My episode randomly started playing in her car. Every step felt connected, intentional and mind blowing. I receive messages often from people sharing the unexpected ways they find my podcast, but this one truly shook me. The synchronicities were undeniable. This episode is a reminder that sometimes you do not find a podcast by accident. Sometimes it finds you. I believe that if you are here listening, you are here for a reason. Whether you are developing your intuition, stepping into Reiki, or deepening your spiritual path, you are not here randomly. One thing I know for sure, is my podcast will find you when you need it. If my work has found you, I trust there is something here meant to support you on your development journey. What do you see when you close your eyes? In this episode, we explore the Aphantasia Scale, a one to five spectrum that describes how vividly you visualize in your mind's eye, and how that directly influences your mediumship and intuition. Many people assume that being intuitive means seeing clear mental images, but that is not necessarily true. Visualization exists on a spectrum, and intuitive information can come through in many different ways depending on your natural strengths. I discuss why understanding where you fall on the scale matters and how it helps you stop forcing your intuition to look a certain way. Your ability to visualize does not determine your intuitive ability. When you understand how your mind works, you can develop your gifts with greater confidence and clarity. This episode offers reassurance for anyone who has questioned their intuitive ability because their inner world does not look cinematic or crystal clear. Your mind's eye does not determine your capacity for connection. How you understand and strengthen your natural way of receiving information is what truly matters. “Your photography is a record of your living, for anyone who really sees.” – Paul Strand "We are judged, not by the photographs we take, but by the photographs we show." – Ted Grant In this episode, Antonio and Ward move from recent shoots into a thoughtful conversation about what photographers are really responding to when they raise the camera. Antonio shares his growing excitement around astrophotography, from capturing Jupiter's moons to photographing the Orion Nebula for the first time, and how even familiar subjects feel personal when you experience them firsthand. He also talks about a recent portrait session that reminded him how much intuition, pacing, and human connection still matter in photography, no matter how advanced the tools become. The heart of the episode revolves around a simple but powerful idea: photographers often end up photographing their own temperament. Ward reflects on how darker, moodier work in Japan drew him in based on what he was feeling and noticing in the streets, while Antonio connects his quieter Brooklyn images to the grief and inward focus he was living through at the time. Together, they explore how environment, emotion, curiosity, anxiety, and even life transitions subtly shape what each photographer sees and chooses to frame. Rather than chasing trends or external goals, the conversation lands on the idea that our photographs often mirror where we are mentally and emotionally — whether we realize it or not. Addendum: Yes, Antonio is fully aware that there are words ending in double “ff.” His brief confusion is being attributed to something like lack of sleep, brain fog, or possibly too much Banff-adjacent riff-raff talk. Ever since September of 1992, when Chris McCandless was found deceased inside a bus in remote Alaska, the story of why he chose to walk into wilderness has captivated the world. Chris has been idolized, questioned, criticized and immortalized by strangers for decades. Books have been written and movies have been made to share his fascinating story, but were incomplete in their tellings. In 2014, Carine, Chris's sister published her own version of the story we have come to know as Into the Wild. In her heartbreaking memoir, the world gets a view into their world, and a chance to understand Chris in a brand new way, through the eyes of the person who knew and loved him the most.Banff film festival tickets For a full list of our sources, visit http://npadpodcast.com/episodesFor the latest NPAD updates, group travel details, merch and more, follow us on npadpodcast.com and our socials at:Instagram: @nationalparkafterdarkTikTok: @nationalparkafterdarkSupport the show by becoming an Outsider and receive ad free listening, bonus content and more on Patreon or Apple Podcasts. This episode was originally published on August 19th, 2022. Want to know how a bamboo fly rod is made? How long it takes to make one? How many different hands touch an Orvis bamboo fly rod before you (and your children and grandchildren) become its lucky owner. And finally, what's so great about bamboo fly rods? How are they different from fiberglass and graphite, and what will they do for you on the water? This week I interview Orvis bamboo fly rod craftsman Shawn Brillon [45:09], who loves to talk bamboo rods as much as he enjoys making and fishing them. In the Fly Box this week, we have some great questions and tips from listeners, including: I could catch rising trout in one part of a pool, but when I moved 50 meters upstream I couldn't catch any. What was going on? How do I determine the correct size leader if I am going from a single size 16 fly to a hopper or multiple nymph rig? What are your thoughts on weed guards on flies? I caught a dragonfly on my elk hair caddis. Am I the first? I hooked a trout in the corner of the mouth and even with a barbless hook it bled and looked like it would die. Would it have been better if I left the fly in the fish? I have been fishing with an 8-weight shooting head outfit for striped bass and halibut. I want to catch corbina but I hear they are spooky. Do you think my 8-weight is too heavy? I keep seeing these large fish rising in a heavily pressured river but can't catch them on any multi-fly rig. What can I do to fool these fish? What do you do to stay in shape for fishing? What are the advantages of a big dry fly over a bobber? Does bead size really matter regarding attractiveness to trout? And is there a seasonality to what color beads you should use? I have been catching catfish on a fly. Does anyone else do this and is it a "thing" or is it bycatch? I went to Banff to fish and they required that all my tackle, including lines and leaders, could not have been used for 45 days and had to be cleaned and treated. What do you think about the potential for things like lines and leaders to transfer invasive species?

Nobody knows the ebbs and flows, ins and outs, weather patterns and trail ratings of Canadian tourism like Travel Alberta's CEO David Goldstein. In a candid and free-flowing conversation, we talk about how and why tourism traffic and spend is (way) up in Alberta, as well as the province's approach to Indigenous tourism partnerships, balancing big-ticket destinations like Banff with worthwhile places off the beaten path, deciding which global markets to focus marketing on, Alberta's evolving image in traveler's minds, and how Canada's tourism initiatives are a best-in-class model. Welcome back to the Wildly Wealthy Woman Podcast! Today's episode is inspired by a wild weekend of content creation in Banff with my creative director, Stephanie from West Rose Media. If you listened to last week's episode, you know I was hit with a stomach flu and wasn't even sure I'd make it — but one tapping session later, my body reset, I rallied, and in just a few hours we created months of content. It reminded me of a powerful truth:With the right skills and the right people around you, growth becomes inevitable. So today, I'm breaking down the top four investments that changed my business and my life — the exact four I believe every woman should step into in 2026. 1. Tapping – The Skill That Started It All Tapping helped me regulate my nervous system, find my voice, and heal while growing. But more importantly, it was the first duplicatable skill that allowed me to help others get real results. It booked me onto stages. It brought clients into my world. It became the foundation of a 7-figure brand. Whether you want tapping for your own personal growth or to help clients transform… the ROI is undeniable. 2. Learning Money & Mapping My Income with Megan Hale One conversation with Megan changed everything. She helped me see: How to set Good / Better / Best financial goals How to build an offer that could carry my entire year How to stabilize my income as a single mom How to stop feeling like money was unpredictable This is where Tapping School was born. This is where I finally felt supported by a money plan instead of overwhelmed by it. 3. Investing in High-Quality Content & Branding This was the skill that took me from “tapping practitioner” to leader with a magnetic brand. Branding isn't a logo. It's not a website. It's not a one-time photoshoot. Branding is how your clients feel when they see you. It's your story.Your identity.Your evolution.Your consistency. Once I adopted the mindset of “I am a content creator”, everything changed: My $30K clients came in Stages opened Podcast invites rolled in My visibility skyrocketed And yes — great branding truly pays for itself again and again and again. 4. Getting Into the Right Rooms Referrals → collaborations → speaking opportunities → momentum. One room can collapse your timeline faster than a year of posting alone. Being in proximity to leaders who are playing bigger expands your belief, sharpens your skills, and puts you on the radar of people who can open doors you didn't even know existed. Every single “big break” moment in my business came from a room I said yes to before I felt ready. The Common Thread: I Wasn't Ready — But I Said Yes Anyway Every single investment felt scary. I didn't feel ready.I questioned the timing.I questioned the money.I questioned myself. But here's what I've learned: You rarely feel ready for the investments that change your life. You only feel grateful afterwards. The Content & Tapping Mastermind + Retreat (2026 Enrollment Open!) These four investments — tapping, money, content, and the right rooms — are exactly why I created this six-month mastermind & retreat experience. Inside, you get: ✨ A full in-person content, tapping, and branding weekend (choose Feb, June, or Oct)✨ Weekly tapping + content strategy calls with me & Stephanie✨ Script writing & content planning support✨ A full creative team to elevate your visual identity✨ Community, visibility, referrals & collaborations✨ A room full of women rising together Whether you're ready to be more visible, step into a higher leadership identity, or finally be seen as the woman in your industry — this experience was built for you. On the Saturday November 29, 2025 edition of The Richard Crouse Show we’ll meet musician, composer, performer, author, professor, and tech innovator Paul Hoffert. In 1969, Hoffert co-founded Lighthouse with drummer Skip Prokop, creating Canada's first 13-piece rock orchestra blending rock, jazz horns, and strings. Hits like "One Fine Morning" (#24 US, #2 Canada) propelled millions of records sold, three Juno Awards, world tours, and openers for Duke Ellington. Hoffert played keys/vibraphone and arranged until 1974; the band reunited in 1992 and continues today. Today we’ll talk about the release of “One Fine Morning (Anniversary Edition),” which is now available on limited edition three-colour-splatter vinyl, sun/moon vinyl, double CD and digitally. This is the first-ever fully remixed, remastered and expanded edition of the platinum-selling band’s breakthrough 1971 release. Then, we meet filmmaker Tasha Hubbard. Based on her own documentary Birth of a Family, her movie “Meadowlarks,” in theatres now, stars top Indigenous actors Michael Greyeyes, Carmen Moore, Alex Rice and Michelle Thrush as four Cree siblings, separated since childhood and now in their fifties, who agree to meet for the first time over a holiday weekend in Banff. The siblings were part of the 60s Scoop (1951-1991), seized by the government and placed in non-Indigenous homes.
Today I'm chatting with Dr. Louise de Lannoy from Outdoor Play Canada—someone I've admired for years. I first heard Louise speak at Take Me Outside in Banff and later at the Breath of Fresh Air Summit, and every single time I hear her talk, I leave feeling both grounded and fired up.Outdoor Play Canada has been leading the research, advocacy, and national conversation around kids' right to real, active, messy, risky play—the kind of play children desperately need but are getting less and less of in schools. And this year, they released an updated Position Statement on Active Outdoor Play that gives educators across Canada a powerful tool to support more freedom, more movement, and more joy outdoors. In this episode, Louise and I dive into:Why an Updated Position Statement Was NeededWhat has changed in the last decadeThe growing barriers teachers faceWhy equity and access must be at the centre of conversations about playWhat the Research Actually SaysLouise breaks down the biggest misconceptions about risky play and shares some of the most compelling findings teachers should know—from injury data to SEL benefits to how outdoor play supports academic readiness. How to Support Risky Play in SchoolsHow to start small and build confidenceWays to talk to administrators and parents about safetyUsing the Position Statement to advocate at the school or district levelOutdoor Play, SEL, and CurriculumWe explore how risk, challenge, and movement support:emotional regulationresilienceexecutive functioningproblem-solvingand overall learningLouise also shares so many practical and teacher-friendly tips that you can start using right away—even if your school feels risk-averse or you're not sure where to begin. If you're an educator who wants to offer more outdoor play, feel more confident with risk, and ground your practice in research, this conversation will inspire you and give you concrete tools to take back to your school.Outdoor Play Canada Newsletter Here
In the new film “Meadowlarks,” four Cree siblings separated at birth as a result of the Sixties Scoop reunite for a week in Banff, Alberta. Tasha Hubbard, the award-winning director behind the film, joins Tom Power to tell us about the real-life family that inspired the story, and her own experience as a Sixties Scoop survivor.
Ever ignored an intuitive nudge until it was basically yelling at you? This week's episode is a real-time reminder of what happens when the thinking brain says stay home but your intuition says get up, go out, and trust me. I share the full story of how I sat on my couch from 8:30 pm until 12:30 am, feeling the strongest pull to get to my friend's birthday party. It made no logical sense. I was tired, cozy, and absolutely not in a go to the bar mood. But the nudge wouldn't let up. When I finally listened and left the house after midnight, everything became clear. I met someone I was meant to meet, had a conversation I didn't know would be relevant, and received the confirmation that this wasn't random, it was indeed guided. In the episode, I talk about how to tell the difference between intuition and overthinking, and what strong intuitive nudges feel like in real time. I explain why intuition often asks us to do things that make zero logical sense, and how trusting timing even when it's wildly inconvenient can lead to aligned moments you could never plan. This episode is your reminder that intuitive guidance doesn't always arrive in soft whispers. Sometimes it shows up like a megaphone telling you to get off the couch. In this week's episod, we arediving into a topic that isn't talked about enough: consent in spirituality. I'm breaking down why consent is so important in this work, how to ensure you're always asking before sharing or doing anything energetically, and why this simple act builds trust and integrity with your clients. We'll talk about what Reiki is and what I call Reiki "plus," which is anything you add to your Reiki sessions. If you're bringing in cards, messages, crystals, mediumship, or anything extra, you must ask for consent. I'm sharing my best practices for getting clear, informed consent in your sessions, along with my biggest pet peeves when it comes to how I see practitioners getting it wrong. This episode is a must-listen for anyone offering spiritual or energetic services, whether you're a Reiki practitioner, or reader of any kind. Happy spooky season!! In this episode, we are going back to my experience seeing Theresa Caputo live earlier this month, and discussing receiving names in mediumship. During her show, she only received one name and what she said about it was very interesting. This was Tarun Krishnamurthy's third NYTimes crossword: he now has two Mondays and a Tuesday under his belt. Today's opus had an endearing theme and provided us with an opportunity to dive into the FLIER v. FLYER debate. Based on extensive research, we can now conclude, unequivocally, that it should neither be spelled PHLIER (as that is a chemist who tells falsehoods about acidity) nor FLYYYYYYER (uttered by a pilot having an existential crisis). We have a few other (slightly less controversial) opinions on today's puzzle -- as well as our weekly JAMCOTWA™️ (Jean And Mike Crossword Of The Week Award) segment in the episode, so do have a listen. Recorded live in Banff at The Gathering 2025, this special on-location episode of The Sleeping Barber Podcast brings together three conversations and a recap from hosts Vassilis Douros and Marc Binkley. The episode explores how belonging, creativity, and technology are shaping the next chapter of marketing — from AI and the creator economy to the deeper values that connect brands and people.Ryan Gill, co-founder of The Gathering and Cult, shares the philosophy behind the event's enduring success and what it takes to preserve its soul as it grows. His perspective on leadership, belonging, and the responsibility of “being good guests” in Banff underscores a broader lesson for marketers — scale only matters if it deepens connection.Vanessa Hope Schneider, Head of Marketing at Descript, reframes AI not as a threat but as a creative ally. She challenges marketers to take an “AI vacation” — dedicating uninterrupted time to learn and experiment — and reminds us that curiosity, not fear, should guide adoption. Her examples of AI co-creation, from “vibe-coded” design tools to custom GPTs for audience personas, reveal how AI can amplify human creativity rather than replace it.Caroline Murphy, CMO of Meta4 Interactive, takes us inside the evolving world of in-game brand experiences. She describes how brands can authentically show up inside ecosystems like Fortnite and Roblox by co-creating with gamers, designing “playable stories” that enhance — not interrupt — gameplay. It's a new kind of “digital physical availability,” meeting audiences where they already live, play, and connect.Together, these conversations capture the evolving state of marketing: human connection grounded in creativity, powered by technology, and measured by meaning — not just metrics.Timestamps00:00 – Welcome to The Gathering 2025 in Banff, Alberta02:10 – Reflections on connection, belonging, and “no badge attacks”05:35 – The state of marketing effectiveness & long-term partnerships09:25 – Ryan Gill on scaling connection without losing soul16:40 – Leadership, values & “unreasonable hospitality”22:50 – Vanessa Hope Schneider on AI, creativity & taking an “AI vacation”31:00 – Coexisting with AI — where humans add the magic36:40 – Carolyn Murphy on the creator economy & in-game brand storytelling44:10 – How brands show up authentically in Roblox & Fortnite51:15 – Measurement, co-creation, and the next era of engagement
In this week's episode, I'm sharing a funny story from one of my regular clients that took an unexpected funny turn during her session. We connected with her loved one in Spirit like we always do, but this time felt a little different. I talk about what it's like to receive psychic information versus mediumship, how you can tell the difference, and how to strengthen both. This one has some laughs, lots of insight, and a few good takeaways if you're developing your own intuitive abilities. Jess Hotter is the 2022 Freeride World Tour Champion and a fixture in ski movies but Jess wasn't a ski prodigy or anything like that when she was coming up. She had a ski life and future that screamed “liftie” but Jess wasn't going to settle for that. An initial push from her parents for a post high school gap year in Canada, created a ski journey that has had Jess living in more world class resorts than almost anyone on the podcast...All before she achieved her pro ski success. Jess played the long game, surrounded herself with what she loved, and it all worked out in the end. Yes, life can be that easy if you're as hard working and passionate as Jess. This is the second GeriPal podcast we've recorded live using this format, see this link to our prior podcast at the Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) meeting in Philadelphia. Also look for our upcoming podcast recorded live from the São Paulo Geriatrics & Gerontology Congress, click here to register. Today we join you from beautiful Banff, Alberta, Canada at the National Palliative Care Research Center (NPCRC) annual Kathleen Foley retreat. This meeting was bittersweet. I've been fortunate to attend every meeting in one capacity or another since 2006. The NPCRC made an enormous impact on the growth and capacity for palliative care research nationally. Personally, NPCRC funding was essential support as I was a new faculty member and had not yet secured longer term career development funding. More than anything, though, I will miss the NPCRC community. I treasure those meals, hikes, sing-alongs with others dedicated to improving care of people with serious illness through research. On today's podcast, we invited Dio Kavalieratos, Prasanna Ananth, and Alexi Wright to join us to talk about three articles that spoke to them. For each I leave you with a teaser of a hard question that was raised that we couldn't really answer. Prasanna chose an article by Abby Rosenberg about being fired in palliative care. We talked about why palliative care clinicians get fired, with Prasanna, a pediatric oncologist, raising the issue that it's more problematic when you're the oncologist providing primary palliative care and you get fired than if the consultant specialty palliative care provider is fired. Dio chose an article about the economic benefits of palliative care internationally, a call to action. We talked about the needs of palliative care internationally, and Alexi raised the question: should the highest standard of palliative care (e.g. in the US) apply to palliative care in every country, a la the Partners in Health model pioneered by the late Paul Farmer? Or should we “settle” for access to affordable opioids? Alexi chose an article about cancer care in prison. Alexi used it as a springboard to talk about other populations at compounded risk for poorer care in the current political environment. We hope you enjoy this one as much as we did, dear listeners. We're always trying to improve, and welcome your suggestions for how to improve upon this new “live” format. So far we've heard we need to be better at summarizing the articles for the audience/listeners, and finding ways to involve our live audience to a greater extent than the occasional question. Please let us know if you have other suggestions! Final note - check out the wonderful video NPCRC created about their impact on the field of palliative care (Eric and I were filmed recording GeriPal). -Alex Smith This episode of the GeriPal Podcast is sponsored by UCSF's Division of Palliative Medicine, an amazing group doing world class palliative care. They are looking for physician faculty to join them in the inpatient and outpatient setting. To learn more about job opportunities, please click here: https://aprecruit.ucsf.edu/apply/JPF05811
In this episode, I recap my birthday night seeing Theresa Caputo, the Long Island Medium. I share what surprised me, what I learned, and a few standout details from the readings that had the whole room in tears. I share how it felt to watch an “Olympian" medium do my craft at the absolute top level, and why her pacing, specificity, and audience handling impressed me. I also got to meet up with Middlers at the show (we even had a little Middler corner with folks from Banff and Calgary!), which made the whole experience even sweeter. If you want the behind-the-scenes of a live show from a medium's perspective, what landed, what I noticed from the stage, and the takeaways I'm still thinking about - press play. Eric and I had the pleasure of doing a GeriPal Live! Podcast as the closing keynote for the recent Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) National Assembly in Philadelphia PA. For this podcast, we invited 3 guests to each select an article of interest to them, and engage in a discussion about the article, including questions from the CAPC attendees in the audience. Our guests chose the following articles (in the order discussed) Matt Gonzalez used AI to select an article by Ravi Parikh on algorithm based nudges to default patients with advanced cancer into a palliative care consult, published in JAMA Network Open, finding 44% in the intervention arm received palliative care consults, vs 8% in the control arm. We discussed use of AI to select the article, nudges, sludge, and the impressive though still less than 50% rate of PC consults. Kim Curseen selected an article by Harry Han in JPSM that surveyed palliative care fellowships, finding that clinical fellows spent 5 weeks in outpatient care and 24 weeks in inpatient care, on average. We discussed the mismatch between outpatient training, and the needs of people with serious illness who spend most of their lives outside the hospital, and training in inpatient care, where most hospitals have robust services and needs. Training in non-onc palliative care was particularly low. Karen Bullock selected a letter she first authored in response to Ira Byock's white paper on a path forward in hospice and palliative care. We discussed the need to view all issues in geriatrics, hospice, and palliative care through an equity lens, particularly in view of the disparate impact on historically marginalized communities of concerning practices and trends in hospice and palliative care (e.g. private equity gobbling up hospices). And at the end, we sang a tribute to the Lady Gaga of Palliative Care, with the whole Assembly singing along! Stay tuned for future GeriPal Live! She is passionate about helping young girls and women overcome an unhealthy relationship with food after spending years of her own life stuck in the mental prison that is disordered eating. Her education in the field began in her undergraduate years at Vanderbilt University, where she studied eating psychology and nutrition. During that time, she was also certified in the National Eating Disorder Awareness foundation's Body Project certification program to support women's relationships with their bodies. Her interests progressed into physique and performance evidence-based training and nutrition while maintaining a positive relationship with food and one's body (certifications through NASM). Her coaching centers on getting women out of the rut of under-fueling and over-training, out of the yo-yo cycle, and out of the mystery of how to fuel one's body (blocking out all the noise out there!) while building a positive outlook towards nutrition.Sophie also supports her clients who are interested in gut and hormone health. Her interest in this field started from her own experience with IBS, acne, and painful/irregular periods that she wanted to support holistically. Her approach to hormonal support and gut health focuses heavily on evidence-based lifestyle and nutrition approaches rather than excessive supplementation and overly restrictive methods. Some conditions Sophie works with include: IBS, IBD, bloating/indigestion, dysmenorrhea, PCOS, PMS, low thyroid, and chronic stress/fatigue. Please note, Sophie is not a medical professional and provides holistic support for these conditions within her scope of practice; please consult a medical professional for these conditions first.Outside of coaching, Sophie is an animal-lover and enjoys spending her free time riding her horse and hiking with her pup. She has traveled and lived abroad extensively and loves getting to enjoy cuisines from all over the world. She loves spending time getting stronger in the gym, giving it her all at trivia nights, and exploring her home base in Nashville. A dragonfly flew into my ear and got stuck in my hair twice over three weeks, and it would not leave my mind, so I made a quick Instagram reel about it. Later, a client told me she had asked her dad in spirit to send me dragonflies as a sign for her. That same day, a second client shared that she had asked her late husband to get me to say the word “rainbow” in her session as a sign for her, and I did. I didn't know either request was out there until after. In this episode, I share the full story of these back-to-back clients getting their loved ones to send me messages for them! We talk about why signs can show up before we know the ask, how to invite signs in for you and simple ways to notice and validate messages in your own life. If you want a real behind-the-scenes look at divine timing, full of synchronicities where everything lined up for a reason, this one's for you.
