Hey Friends, We are back at it and discussing gifting and abundance in this episode. With the support of lime (the oil of zest of life), cedarwood (the oil of community) and wild orange (oil of abundance) we dive into the importance of gifting and how to step outside of fear to tap into the abundance that surrounds us. Get ready to re-ignite your zest for life, tap into the rich communities that surround you and step outside of the illusion of scarcity in order to give and receive abundance. Check out a sweet blend to diffuse: 2 drops wild orange, 2 drops lime, 2 drops cedarwood. Note: That wild orange and lime may be taken internally, topically and diffused. Cedarwood should only be diffused or applied topically. Be sure to dilute lime and cedarwood in a carrier oil for young/sensitive skin.

Greetings Dear Friends, Tracey and I have been diving deep into ancestral work with our own lineages and wanted to share some very potent oils that continue to provide us support along the way. The oils: Vetiver (the oil of centering and descent) continues to keep us grounded in our work and practice, while Petitgrain (the oil of ancestry) facilitates connecting with the wise and well-seated ones that came before us, White Fir (the oil of generation healing) continues to illuminate those negative traditions and habits that have been passed down to us while inspiring us to make our own decisions, break those old patterns and provide spiritual protection in the process and finally Doulas Fir ( the oil of generation wisdom) continues to remind us that the wisdom of those that came before us is always accessible and affirms that we can continue to do this deep work while sustaining meaningful and healthy familial relationships.
