Hey Friends, In this mini-episode, you're going to make real progress in your kitchen by decluttering your spices. If your spice drawer or cabinet is overflowing and you want a simple win today, this is it. In this episode you'll create space, cut the chaos, and actually start using your spices again because you'll know what you have and where it is. What You'll Do Today (Just Two Steps): 1. Alphabetize your spices and remove duplicates Pull out your spices, line them up in alphabetical order, and combine any duplicates. 2. Toss anything expired Check dates as you put them back. This alone clears a surprising amount of space. How to Stay on Track: This isn't a full-kitchen project. Don't let it domino. Stay focused on only the spices. If you have oversized bottles that don't fit with the regular ones, keep them in their own alphabetical section. You can handle two lists. Your Quick Action Plan: • Walk into your kitchen • Open your spice drawer or cabinet • Alphabetize • Remove duplicates • Toss expired • Put everything back neatly Take a deep breath and get it done — it really will only take a few minutes if you stay focused. Share Your Progress: Post a picture of your organized spices in the Facebook group. I'm posting mine too and can't wait to see yours. Know someone who needs a little nudge in the kitchen? Share this episode with them. Coming Up Next: Tomorrow we're starting on the fridge. Get excited — the light at the end of the refrigerator tunnel is getting brighter. Here is the kitchen episode schedule: November 4 - Counters and surfaces November 7 - Dishes and drinkware November 11 - Cookware and bakeware November 14 - Appliances & Utensils November 18 - Pantry November 21 - Fridge and freezer November 25 - Junk drawers & Tupperware November 28 - Habits and flow If this episode helps you, share it with someone who's been feeling overwhelmed by their home. Tap the three dots, hit "share episode," and send it to them. Then follow the show so tomorrow's mini win is waiting for you. Hey Friends, Today is Day 2 of your three-day pantry series, and this is the actual decluttering day. In this episode, I walk you through a simple, five-step process that makes even an overflowing pantry feel manageable. Decluttering the pantry can be a fun, relaxing, almost meditative project when you break it down into these steps. The 5 Steps From the Episode: 1. Space Planning If you did Day 1, your post-its are already on your shelves. If you didn't, Amber walks you through doing it quickly so you can start. 2. Duplicate Your Post-Its Write the same category labels again and place them on your counter, table, or floor. These become your landing zones as you pull items out. 3. Pull Everything Out Remove items shelf by shelf and place them under the correct duplicate post-it. Trash anything stale, open, or expired. Add new categories only if needed. 4. Clean the Shelves Wipe crumbs, sticky spills, and bottle drips. This takes a few minutes and makes the reset feel fresh and new. 5. Put Everything Back Now that everything is grouped, placing it back is fast and easy. Follow the original post-it map you planned yesterday. November 4 - Counters and surfaces November 7 - Dishes and drinkware November 11 - Cookware and bakeware November 14 - Appliances & Utensils November 18 - Pantry November 21 - Fridge and freezer November 25 - Junk drawers & Tupperware November 28 - Habits and flow If this episode helps you, share it with someone who's been feeling overwhelmed by their home. Hey Friends! This week were talking about Ryan La Sala's new dip into body horror with his book, The Dead of Summer! Were talking about zombie outbreaks, coral life cycles and some of the biggest pillars of queer community, Drag Queens! And much much more! Theme by Man with Roses Book Description Below: Two Days Before Ollie Veltman is finally coming home to the quaint island of Anchor's Mercy after a year away while his mom battled cancer. It should be a celebration -- his mom is cancer free, and she's determined to have the best summer ever -- but Ollie's (now ex) best friends think he abandoned them, and he's returning with a lot of questions. Because for a place that's perfect on the surface, a secret rots below the waves. A secret that could explain his mom's illness, and the illness of so many other locals. Ollie's desperate search for the truth turns life or death when a storm descends upon the island. In its wake, a long-sunken horror rises... Three Weeks After Ollie is being held in isolation aboard a military hospital ship in the harbor. They say he's a survivor, but they only know half the story. The truth is more monstrous than Ollie ever believed, and he suspects his saviors aren't here to save anyone. Only Ollie can stop what's coming, but that means getting back to Anchor's Mercy before it vanishes, taking with it everyone he has ever loved.

Here is your link for this weekend's workshop: https://declutteryourchaos.com/workshop Hey Friends, In today's workshop episode, we go deep into what minimalism actually means and how it can transform not just your home, but your entire life. This is not about a Pinterest-perfect house or counting your belongings — it's about creating space for what actually matters. Here's what we cover: ✨ Minimalism Defined: Why it's a mindset and a lifestyle, and how it helps you focus on what truly matters. ✨ Core Philosophy: Removing physical clutter, mental noise, unnecessary obligations, and even limiting beliefs — so you have more space, time, and energy. ✨ Practical Minimalism: Decluttering your possessions, your calendar, your digital life, and even your relationships. ✨ Benefits You'll Feel: More clarity, freedom, presence, and alignment between your outer world and your inner values. ✨ Giving and Receiving: Why so many women struggle to receive, and why receiving is essential before you can truly give. ✨ Your Home as a Guide: How clutter is not your enemy but your teacher, showing you where you are overwhelmed and what needs attention. ✨ Boundaries & Self-Love: How to take accountability for your side of the street with compassion — not self-criticism — and why filling your own cup is not selfish. ✨ Overwhelm & Putting Yourself Last: Why putting yourself first changes everything, and how it shifts the energy of your home and relationships. ✨ The Power of Possibility: Why changing your environment creates possibility — the antidote to depression — and why this work is worth the courage it takes. This is a heart-centered episode about loving yourself enough to create an environment that reflects who you are and who you are becoming. I hope it helps you! And I hope to see you tomorrow! XO, Amber

Hey Friends it's Carla! Welcome back to another episode of So What Now? Let's get right into this week's wild ride! So Bella Thorne hopped on IG sharing that she proposed to her fiancé… after he already did it first. I'm sorry, what?? Nah. Ya'll know I have thoughts (spoiler: I am not out here getting on one knee, let's be so serious). And of course, Dex went off on one of her classic rants. This time about how some things are strictly “for men.” Like proposing. Like budgeting. Like… anything that feels like work. According to her, we deserve to live soft, fun, budget-free lives and honestly? She might be onto something. Then we slid into the listener letters, and babyyyy it got spicy. We heard from a teacher who's also on OF. She's tryna decide if she should quit her 9-to-5 and go full-time as a spicy girl. You know we had to weigh in. But somehow that convo took a sharp left turn into us telling our embarrassing secrets and yes, both of ours happened on cruise ships. Don't ask, just press play. Grab your drink, your headphones, and your nosiest friend — this one's a wild ride! CONNECT WITH US ON SOCIAL MEDIA: CARLA WILMARIS | DEX

On Day 2, we created a task list to capture all those random thoughts, to-dos, and errands that popped up while you were purging. Today, we're putting that list to work. I hope it helps you!

Hey Friends, If you'd like to join me this Thursday, August 7th at 10am Pacific/1pm Eastern, shoot me an email letting me know: amber@declutteryourchaos.com If you've ever felt like you just can't get started decluttering — or like you keep starting and stopping — this episode is your new starting line. Today, I'm walking you through five powerful steps to prepare for decluttering — not just the physical stuff (like supplies and schedules), but the emotional and energetic prep that actually makes the process work. This is the step most people skip… and it's the reason we stay stuck. This episode is based on Day 1 of my recent 3-day decluttering workshop, and even if you couldn't attend live, you'll get everything you need to set yourself up for success. You'll learn: How to choose the right space to declutter (not too big, not too small) The ideal time frame that helps you stay focused and finish What supplies you actually need (and what you don't) How to uncover your deeper “why” — the truth under the clutter The one energetic shift that changes everything
