Today I am stepping back into the podcast from the perspective of one in mourning. My father passed away this summer and I have been deeply honoring that ceremony in myself. I am rejoining my community with thoughts on grief, existence, purpose and where I'm gravitating as I journey forth from this space. Let's face it, the energy of today is DENSE. I don't think there is any shame in looking for a little support when things get to be a little fuzzier than we are comfortable with.
