**MEDITATION ONLY**Hello we've all gotten the bad news. We've gotten a bad diagnosis or we lost our job, or maybe we just got broken up with.Getting the bad news is one thing. How we react and respond to that news can determine how we heal and to what degree we can heal from that bad news or bad diagnosis. In this meditation we're gonna use our tools to look at a bad diagnosis as information. When we can look at even the juiciest of topics as information or data we can have a level of separation from themwhen we can have some separation or some distance from some hard news or a juicy topic it's easier for us to heal it's easier for us to have some objectivity it's easier for us to shine a light for others who might be in a similar situation. This is likely the juiciest topic I've covered in this podcast so buckle up enjoy the ride and get yourself a healing! Please like and subscribe!Hello@DrCynthiaSmith.comwww.DrCynthiaSmith.com

Locked On Avalanche - Daily Podcast On The Colorado Avalanche
Another day, another day with more trade talk surrounding the Avalanche. Still no movement from the team as the deadline approaches. Mikko Rantanen got good news from an MRI where they found no broken bones therefore avoiding surgery and could return earlier than expected (but still will be out 'weeks'). And a really good article on espn.com about Ian Cole and what he went through after last season which caused him to not be able to walk for three months. Tune in and subscribe! Life can certainly be difficult at times, even seemingly hopeless. Some people may find themselves angry at God, asking Him why this could be happening. Perhaps we can see some light at the end of the tunnel, and find a way to stay in grace.
Many folks seem to have a strong faith. But, when a crisis hits it can test that faith, sometimes to the point of breaking. True faith based on a relationship with Jesus can become a foundation or anchor that keeps us safe through the storm.
