The High Point Rockers had a great week with 2 series wins in a row. The Rockers beat a very hot Southern Maryland Blue Crabs team and their Liberty division rival Long Island Ducks. A lot took place during the homestand, and on the Rocker's quick road trip to Long Island. One half of the High Point Rockers Broadcast team, Kendrick Fruits, is here to break down the week that was for High Point. It was a playoff like atmosphere with the defending Atlantic League Champion Sugar Land Skeeters in the house, Sugar Land won a very competitive series 3-1. High Point shifts their focus to another Freedom division team as they welcome The Southern Maryland Blue Crabs to BB&T Point for a 4 game series.
