Actor talks about the upcoming season two of Falling Skies where he plays John Pope. He also reflects on his time on Stargate SG-1 and his plans for producing a new horror film.

Well we released this over a week ago on scifijunk.com and I forgot to post over here.. So here is part two of Falling Skies Season 2 Part 2.. 

Here we are we got the the second part of season two done. This may be the week season but of such a high quality show its hard to not enjoy even the bad things!  

Well we returned for the second season of Falling Skies, but we only made it though 1/2. Troy and I return for another review of Falling Skies, we have tons of details and options. Now this was a lot of fun creating this podcast, I'm not sure what the best part was, screening the entire season again, reviewing details events with Troy, or just the entire process! I have copied below the post of SciFi Junk Podcast   So here we are at the end of Falling Skies series, I figured it was all over and I did not really want it to end. But, than I thought about it a bit, and figure it was such an awesome series that this would be a great place to do a review of each season. After watching them again, and getting to enjoy the greatness all over again! Now that alone was not enough, I had to find someone to enjoy them with. I reached out to Carl of the SciFiFX podcast to get him to come do it with me(It was his Falling Skies post that got me watching in the first place), but he was not current and has been working so much he does not have any time. This however did point me to Troy, not only was he watching and current, he was just as eager to talk about Falling Skies as I was. So come along with us for 5 podcast based about season 1-5 of Falling Skies. Enjoy! Matt

In this 20th episode of Berserker Cast, Darrell and I (Emilee) take a look at Falling Skies Season 5 Episode 5, entitled Non-Essential Personnel. This was quite an interesting discussion as Darrell and I found ourselves literally on opposite sides of the same coin. Interestingly, a feedbacker mentions they were wary about this episode due to the synopsis, which sounded a bit like the episode last year where Tom, Weaver and Matt encounter the brothers in the woods on the way back from rescuing Matt. It just so happens that episode was the fifth of season four, just as this is the fifth episode of season five. Both episodes felt like they stalled the overall progression of their respective seasons. They did little to advance the storyline, and instead provide an extended commentary on the state and nature of humanity. Read more... In episode 12 of Berserker Cast, we discuss Falling Skies Season 4 Episode 10 entitled "Drawing Straws" where names are chosen from a hollowed out piece of wood to determine which (un)lucky two will ride in the alien space craft to the moon. While no one is surprised by the end result, it was an interesting road getting them to where they need to be. The discussion we have circles around Epictetus (or Epic-Tardis if you're Darrell) and we look at how lessons in stoicism have been shaping each of the characters in the last few episodes for this penultimate episode of season 4. While Tom seems to be conflicted over his own commitment to the philosophy of Epictetus, his boys form the spectrum he is wavering on. We get some major, much-needed character development that makes ongoing events frustrating and fascinating, and will undoubtedly lead to exciting events in the finale two episodes!Read more... Hey ATA Listeners, now that we have come back from trips to summer camp and Comic Con, this episode is all about getting our podcast back to where it belongs by reviewing our TV favorites that were also in search of some normalcy this week as the Falling Skies Season 3 Finale brought the show back to its roots of battling an alien invasion out on the open road. In addition, Continuum gave us an episode where Keira got on the wrong side of the law making us want to get back to her original war against terrorists from the future, Burn Notice gave us an indication that it's final season is about Michael fighting to get back his sanity and Under the Dome featured its characters wanting to get back some normalcy as the imprisoned citizens of a New England Town run out of food and water.
