En este nuevo programa hablamos de Kung Fu Jungle, una película clásica de kung fu bajo la piel de un "Modern Day Action" con un Donnie Yen espectacular. Continuamos con Hitman Agent 47, nuestro calvo preferido de las consolas y ordenadores al cine, y esta vez con mejor acierto que la pasada adaptación.

En este nuevo programa hablamos de Kung Fu Jungle, una película clásica de kung fu bajo la piel de un "Modern Day Action" con un Donnie Yen espectacular. Continuamos con Hitman Agent 47, nuestro calvo preferido de las consolas y ordenadores al cine, y esta vez con mejor acierto que la pasada adaptación.

CINE - Mr. Holmes. Ian McKellen compone con maestría un Sherlock anciano y otro al final de su carrera todavía lleno de energía. Un drama muy bien hecho. - Kung Fu Jungle. La presencia de Donnie Yen no salva esta vacía película de artes marciales que ignora todos las oportunidades de ser un poco relevante e interesante. Hasta las coreografías se resienten por un montaje demasiado fraccionado. SERIES - Power. Final segunda temporada. Su manejo de las tramas y el saber darles resoluciones coherentes y satisfactorias sigue siendo el punto fuerte de esta serie que no tiene nada sobresaliente, pero resulta notable.

Llegamos al final de nuestro recorrido por el mundo de las artes marciales con quien ha ascendido a primera estrella del género en los últimos años, Donnie Yen Ji-Dan. Descubierto por Yuen Wo-Ping en los 80, ha trabajado y vivido tanto en China como en Estados Unidos, labrándose una prolífica carrera en cine y televisión. Fue a partir de los dosmiles cuando acabó convirtiéndose en uno de los nombres más importantes del cine asiático,sobre todo tras interpretar al maestro Ip Man en una exitosa serie de películas cuya tercera parte está en producción para 2016. Víctor nos habla hoy de Kung Fu Jungle, una curiosa síntesis de thriller policial de asesino en serie y kung fu clásico que ha sido uno de sus últimos éxitos.
