(Part 4) This Livecast continues the presentation of a new Wellness model- The Wellness Pyramid. On today's episode we will briefly review this powerful new model, and we will be discussing ways each of us can claim our Wellness. Our human experience has trained us to compartmentalize ourselves and our health- we physical health, mental heath, emotional health, etc. There is very little in our mass consciousness of illness that connects these parts of our experience. Wellness, and this new model of Wellness, are about understanding the dynamic relationships between all aspects of our Selves. Recognizing that EVERYTHING we do, think, believe, feel, experience contributes to our state of Wellness. That can sound overwhelming, but join us on the show to learn how you claim your wellness. Join us to explore the important shifts that needs to take place in each of us in order to wake up to our illness based system of heath, and begin to build your Wellness based system of BEING! Twelve activists have been fasting for 17 days of the 18-day protest at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in an effort to to halt rubber stamping of permits for fossil fuel infrastructure. This Livecast was packed. Fudge packed! Noa returned from touring with Jake and Periphery. Jake was also on air and brought some friends, Justin and Brian from the band Vestascension. We talked about the tour, pranks on the road, pooping on the road, pooping at parties, lots of poop and semen talk… the Livecast at it's best. At one point, Rob busts his chair (pictured) which leads to multiple giggles. This Livecast began with the recounting of an amazing story about Danzig being a diva at Fun Fun Fun Fest over the weekend. We then talk about the new Lou Reed/Metallica music video coming out, as well as Megadeth's new album, which is actually far better than the Metallica release. In the second hour, we talk about Sid's impending bachelor party. Rob then takes it too far poking fun at Sid's mom, we hear from Shlomo again, Noa talks about a white van, and we get all bombastic.
