Hey Hall H Show listeners! Aaron Nabus here and I'm excited to share with you, episode 100 (which was recorded in December of 2020) which features co-host, Alex Benedicto and our good friend, Jason Lethert from HeroJournalism. It's no surprise that this one clocks in at almost four hours! It's been a while since the three of us has gotten together so we had a lot to talk about, such as: Our origin stories. Conventions and the pandemic. Some of our favorite Comic-Con and Hall H Show memories. And more! Who would have thought that our little podcast would still be around since it made its debut in October of 2016 with our inaugural guest, Tony B. Kim from Hero Within! Thank you to all of our guests and to our listeners for continuing to support us. Cheers to 100 more episodes! ~Aaron

A Cup O’ Tea with An Englishman In San Diego: Talkin’ Comic-Con… (8th June 2014 - Forty-Five Days to SDCC 2014) This is the weekly SDCC Hangout On Air, taking place every Sunday (5.30pm GMT / 9.30am PST / 12.30pm EDT) and hosted by Leonard Sultana, aka An Englishman In San Diego. Every week, Leonard discusses the San Diego Comic-Con news of the last seven days LIVE – viewers interacted online, either by Twitter (tweeting with the hashtag #CupOTeaSDCC ) or via the Hangout Event Q&A. Schedules permitting, Leonard was joined by guests from the SDCC blogging community and some surprises! As well as the weekly news updates and exclusives news, this weeks main topic was 'Attending Con As A SDCC Virgin!'. Viewers were invited to interact with the show via the Q&A page as part of the Google+ Event, as well as on Twitter, using the hashtag #SDCCvirgin - we had some great questions! In the conversation, we talked about: •What advice our Special Guests would give to themselves as first timers. •What first-timers can expect from attending San Diego Comic-Con •What attendees of any experience can do to physically prepare themselves (featuring some helpful advice from our Special Guest, Jeff Mueller (The Mighty Jerd)). •...and much more! This week, we were joined by a whole host of Special Guests, including show regulars Alyssa Franks (Friends Of CCI), Megan Gotch (The Nerdy Girlie), Tina (@syzlynn/Red Hot Diva) and Angie (The Nerdy Girls). adding to this already impressive line-up were this seasons debut guests Tony B. Kim (Crazy 4 Comic Con) and Jeff Mueller (The Mighty Jerd). As always, we took questions from our live audience on the Google+ Event Page and social media – we’d like to thank everyone who took part. See you all again next Sunday! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dc0TNeH6mQg

The impending Badge Sale for SDCC Pre-Registration Attendees will no doubt set the template for General Badge Sales throughout 2014. We've already had updates announced by Comic-Con International of changes introduced to how Badges can be bought in this Sale, presenting a number of pressing questions as to how this can affect those wanting to attend this years Con in July. To that end, An Englishman In San Diego hosted a Hangout On Air on our Google+ page on Saturday 25th January 2014 at 9am PST / 12pm EST / 5pm GMT with some of the finest members of the SDCC online fan community, discussing these CCI changes and what we can expect in the coming months. The Hangout featured Special Guests: Alyssa Franks (Friends Of CCI Forum), Megan Gotch (The Nerdy Girlie), and Tony B. Kim (Crazy 4 Comic-Con: Barb S. (When Nerds Attack was due to join us but, thanks to some technical issues, that couldn't happen this time round - next time, hopefully...!) In the past, we've been able to have David Glanzer (Comic-Con International, Director of Press & Public Relations); however, David's office stated that "...[he will be unavailable] until after the Sale, as we are currently getting ready." In light of recent Badge Sale changes, his absence is now completely understandable. We'd like to thank everyone who took part in the Hangout, along with everyone who watched live - you can watch back on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w0ItjTIKfs8 and continue the conversation on the Hangout's Event Page on Google+: https://plus.google.com/events/cqo83n2u8su3tvluoghhqkj8s2s
