We're not getting the governance we deserve, and Steven & Stephen discuss a few reasons why:How can Trudeau's Liberals govern when the "loyal opposition" is only loyal to itself and its future political fortunes? Opposition parties are supposed to find ways to improve or point out the flaws or overlooked issues in proposed legislation so the best laws go into place for the Canadian people. This can't happen when it's "us vs them" instead of all parties working for the good of Canadians. Also, did Trudeau really do anything wrong at the NATO summit? SHould world leaders recognize that in a public gathering, mics are everywhere and be discreet? Will this affect our relations with the USA?And Trudeau-bashing itself -blackface, brownface, etc - has taken the place of actual cogent criticism of his government's policies and performance. Who is this helping?!Insightful, informative, engaging and funny conversation with @stephenlautens & @stevenjkerzner - just two guys who know things! Hey - support our mission at FU_Politics, restoring intelligent discourse, a sense of humour, civility and fact-based opinions to important conversations.
