My mission is to share the opinions of a libertarian leftist in hopes of finding we have more in common than we are trained to believe. I also do what I can to challenge and discredit the dominant narratives that keep most people misinformed and easily ma

In this episode I respond to allegations of being a fraud and misrepresenting myself to the 94.9 audience for years. https://www.patreon.com/Aftonomia
In this episode I reference a call in to the Lee Elci show to discuss resistance tactics and how we see them based on what side we are on or how far away the events in question are. If you'd like to support the show, head over to: https://www.patreon.com/Aftonomia

This is pretty far to the edge of the type of thing I would normally cover but I have been involved in a lot of media appearances lately discussing what seems to me to be a pretty sketchy situation that sits in the weird gray area of legal, but not at all ethical.
Here I talk on the Lee Elci Show about this anarchist's opinion on the utility and place of patriotism in the american context as an onramp to moving toward a higher pursuit of freedom. As a former young republican and now far left anarchist, I can personally speak to this being a functional avenue to more radical analysis. Some might disagree with me, but this is just my opinion and my experience.
This is pulled from an appearance I did on the Lee Elci Show live weekdays 6-10 Eastern Time on 94.9 News Now. In this episode I try to bring an alternative perspective to politics in art and challenge the right's insistence that art shouldn't be political and art can become intolerable when it tries to make a statement you disagree with. In this episode I ponder whether or not relative abundance of life as referenced by volume of accidental death has any relationship with one's belief in anthropogenic climate change. I also try to get across my ideas about how while I support the right to bear arms, I think it has been subverted and largely neutralized by multi generational media dynamics. Hope you enjoy it! https://www.patreon.com/Aftonomia
In this episode we explore the unexamined hypocrisy of a boomer and then devolve into me just being mad about Uvalde and policing generally.
In this mini episode I talk through some thoughts about mass shootings and wonder about what can be done. I don't have the answers, but I have some concerns about commonly proposed solutions. So, what do now? In this short episode we address an exchange Rocky had with Frank, a very frequent caller on the Lee Elci Show. Lee had Rocky on to talk about his campaign and Frank called in and let the audience of the biggest radio show in Connecticut know that Rocky doesn't want to talk to folks that disagree with him. Lee's show can be found weekdays 6-10 EST on 94.9 News Now and on sound cloud in podcast form.
In this episode we cover the first appearance since his big announcement with Lee Elci that he will be running for office.
In this episode we challenge Rocky on a number of points and sample audio and other media to support the claim that Rocky is not a credible source of information.

In this story I share my experience going to a MAGA rally with MTG as the headline speaker and the relationships I cultivated there against all odds.
In this episode I discuss what I believe to be an important practice in fostering honest and broadening awareness of systemic misery. Expect new episodes as I work my way through months of recorded and unedited audio.
In this episode I talk about what I see as hypocrisy coming from the right in their responses to the George Floyd Rebellion and anti authoritarian perspectives on the left.
In this episode we discuss what was then the ongoing George Floyd Rebellion and what it teaches us about activism, militancy, and how the state lies to us about how to get it to listen to the people.
In this deep dive episode we speak with "Debs" about Democratic Socialism, what it is, what it isn't, and what role it can play in society. This episode was recorded at the very onset of the pandemic and which can be an interesting time capsule of a different time.
In part two of this recording we discuss american healthcare with "Doc" and what other options are available and what we can do.
In this episode we talk about the history of unionism and what it means for today with my friend and comrade: "Doc"

Part 1 of my response to a Prager U video contrasting liberalism and leftism.
Episode 2 of the Aftonomia Podcast discussing the political compass as a means of defining ones political position. Beyond that I talk about why a person on the left might vote for someone that they do not support, as well as other approaches like accelerationism.
This serves as an introduction episode to give people an idea of where I come from in terms of experience and ideology. It then addresses two topics that were relevant at the time of recording (several years ago)
