In this episode Mitch and Matt discuss how small everyday disciplines can lead to a change in career and lead to purpose and fulfillment. We also discuss how the little routine decisions make the big life altering decisions. Matt Palmer is the Director for the West Valley of Phoenix Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He works to partner with coaches and athletes to share the life changing message of the gospel. I have had the honor of working with him on an ongoing basis. 

Lisa Goins is the author of "Courageously Uncomfortable." The book talks about living without fear and embracing the calling God has for you. She is also co-pastor of Faith church in Tulsa, OK.
