Tre Lamb serves as the head football coach at Gardner-Webb University. Football coaching is deeply ingrained in his family. His grandfather, uncle, and dad were all football coaches and were big influences in his life. Before Gardner-Webb, Lamb was the Quarterback Coach at Tennessee Tech and later became Offensive Coordinator. His strong showing in that role earned him his current head coaching job. Ted Rath is the Vice President Of Player Performance with the Philadelphia Eagles. Starting in the high school ranks, Rath eventually returned to his alma mater, University of Toledo, where he spent two years learning as a GA and Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning. He then made the jump to the NFL level, where he has spent time with four different franchises. Rath discusses his development in understanding strength and conditioning, as well as nutrition.
