Ali and her husband walked through the unimaginable loss of miscarriage, and although hard and messy, they knew God had a plan and has their baby in Heaven. Rachael Hunt Elmore is an expert on all things postpartum and gives SO much practical advice for navigating this season. She explains the difference between the "Baby Blues" and postpartum depression, how to find community, and how to set an action plan in place for when baby arrives and you may start feeling these things.
