During a recent trip to England Tripp Gordon had the chance to sit down and chat with a former student and staff of CO Charlotte, Sam Barker, who now finds himself leading a team internationally with CO LEAD. Throughout the conversation Sam gives us an inside look into what ministry in the UK has been like and the exciting things God has on the horizon!
Zach sits down with one of the original members of the CO Charlotte staff team, Blair Burke. Zach and Blair talk about Blair's experience as a student and staff member, how CO has shaped him as a Christian leader, husband, father, etc. They also talk about the ongoing nature of discipleship and the lifelong friendships that he still enjoys with the men he invested in at UNC Greensboro. Brandi (Belk) Rawls joins me this week. We talk about Brandi coming to Christ at UNC Charlotte, coming on staff and serving for a number of years at Wingate. We go on to talk about women's development in CO and what role she plays with the CO East Coast Network Development Team.
This week my guest is Pete Ketterman. Pete served for 15 years with Campus Outreach Johannesburg and is currently working with CO's International Partnerships and Recruiting efforts. Pete and I discuss COJ's history, the transformation of the team from an American led team to an African leftest team. We go on to discuss the partnership between CO Charlotte and CO Johannesburg. Finally, Pete shares with us about how God is using CO LEAD to help churches build laborers on the campus across the world.
Our guest this week is Wendy Eunice. Wendy and I talk about the pioneering season of CO Charlotte's history in the 90s and early 2000s and why member care is so important for CO's international works.

We talk early COC days and share a few funny stories from back in the day... his calling to lead the CO Lynchburg team and what he's doing now to strengthen marriage and families in Campus Outreach.
