The supreme court of the United States deemed it unconstitutional to deny people of color from voting in 1965, Felony disenfranchisement became the law in 1974 In Hungary citizens receive a "Knocking note" by mail, telling them where and when they can vote. Citizens vote for their district representative and for the national assembly. In Hungary you cannot vote while you are in Prison, but you can vote once you get out.
