That's right- in today's Very Unusual Episode, we're joined by Shamekia Wray, a former arachnophobe who now shares her home with 50+ pet spiders (and some bearded dragons as well). Most of us feel a definite sense of ick when confronted with an eight-legged creepy crawly, but these low-maintenance (and suprisingly colorful!) animals can actually make ideal pets, particularly for kids who want an animal companion but aren't ready for the intensity of a dog. It Came from Beneath the Sea (1955), The Monster that Challenged the World (1957), and The Giant Gila Monster (1959) There is something special about this decade, one that gave us so many sci-fi / horror films, with plenty of incredible monsters, whether they came from outer space, or right here from our backyard. Happy New Year and Post Valentines Day Yes, it has been a long time since I posted, mostly because I have been busy with work and personal commitments and projects but recently, I have decided to "lean" back into the "dating pool". Like many of us, I don't NEED someone, but it would be nice to have a companion/partner. Reluctantly I subscribed to Match.com again and registered on Tinder, Bumble and Hinge - what the hell am I doing...ha ha! I have not had any success in any of these in the past so I thought I would try one last time.
