In this quick, five-minute Pocket Sized Pep Talk, I'll show you how to handle mid-presentation questions without losing control of your message. Tapping. Knocking. Fatigue. It started small, barely noticeable. But soon it followed her across countries, homes, and even into her dreams. As the strange sounds grew louder and her energy drained, she began journaling, searching for answers to the mystery. Then came the voice. And a dream. A friend. The same friend who had lived this nightmare before, years earlier, on another continent. In this episode, one woman shares the surreal story of a haunting that not only attached itself to her life but may have followed someone else long before. Could it be the same spirit? Or something far more universal? If you have a real ghost story or supernatural event to report, please write into our show at http://www.realghoststoriesonline.com/ or call 1-855-853-4802! The clock is ticking for 17-year-old Nonhlanhla Mashabana. For months, she's buried herself in her textbooks. Now, instead of enjoying her matric dance like any teenager should, she can't shake her anxiety about the make-or-break final exams. They're just weeks away. In South Africa, the odds are against her: just 12 out of every 100 students who start Grade 1 will ever reach university. As Nonhlanhla prepares for her greatest challenge yet, the question is: Can she overcome a broken education system, or will it bring her down with it? Send us a textWelcome to Navy Sports Central, the official podcast of the Navy Sports Nation!Have you ever thought about what defines a truly unforgettable sports moment? Is it the stakes, the rivalry, the upset, or the individual brilliance that creates memories lasting a lifetime? In this special year-end edition of Navy Sports Central, we tackle this question by counting down the top 10 most memorable moments from the 2024-2025 Navy athletics season. The countdown features remarkable achievements across multiple sports, from squash and gymnastics to the ones that typically take center stage like football and lacrosse. We celebrate the dominance of men's cross country as they secured their fourth straight Patriot League title, while men's track & field picked up their eleventh consecutive championship. Equally impressive was the women's swimming team winning their 13th straight conference title through extraordinary depth, despite not having a single individual swimming champion. But rising above all these accomplishments is our #1 moment: the Navy women's lacrosse team shocking resident Patriot League bully and top seeded Loyola in overtime to capture their first conference championship since 2018.To explore this historic victory in depth, we're joined by special guest Cynthia Lisa ('00), who provides expert analysis on how the Mids managed to overcome a five-goal third quarter deficit against a Greyhound program that had never lost a regular season Patriot League game in their history (93-0). We spotlight freshman sensation Alyssa Chung's five-goal performance and Mikayla Williams' championship-winning shot in overtime, while paying tribute to legendary coach Cindy Timchal's sustained excellence over 43 seasons.Whether you're a die-hard Navy sports fan or simply appreciate stories of athletic achievement against the odds, this episode captures what makes following these remarkable student-athletes so rewarding. “Keep knocking at the Devil's Door and eventually he will answer you” is my favorite quote from the movie Four Brothers and last year FAMU had Mississippi Valley answer the calls that this team would not lose to Valley; better yet end a streak against the likes of MVSU.Well the Rattlers will be traveling to Atlanta to play against MVSU in the Benz. Last time FAMU played in the Benz it was a great celebration for many that culminated in the end of an era. Additionally we have seen that the President that many did not want has been approved by the Florida BOG, drawing comparisons to the late FSU president Thrasher. We shall see how this whole thing shakes out. Fangs Up#FangsUp #FAMU #HBCU #HBCUdigital

You might have heard this in the sharing of the gospel. "Behold I stand at the door and knock." This is often used in a way to tell someone that Jesus is right now knocking on the door of your heart right now. Will you let Him in? The sentiment may be very true, but is that what the passage of Revelation 3:20 is talking about? Listen in as Patke and Sean talk about Jesus knocking on the door of the heart.Support the show

Genesis 4 reveals how sin progresses from desire to destruction through Cain's murder of Abel. God warned Cain that sin was 'crouching at the door,' but Cain yielded to his anger and envy, leading to premeditated murder. This pattern mirrors James 1:14-15, showing how unchecked desires lead to sin and ultimately death. Even in judgment, God showed mercy to Cain. As believers, we can overcome sin's power by drawing near to God, guarding our hearts, trusting Christ, and embracing God's discipline and grace.

"The piece was about seeking answers or at least a response and receiving silence. There is a resignation or even frustration that is represented with the ebbing and flowing of the instruments. "Harmonium, guitar, saxophone, and Mellotron alongside a field recording of a call to prayer. Every time a melody would emerge, I would intentionally pull back as if the melody was an answer to the pleas from the instruments. It was challenging and somewhat frustrating, but I would audibly say “refrain” when things started to flow and bring that instrument to rest. This is a topic touched upon in Ingmar Bergman films: faith and silence." Nabeul call to prayer reimagined by Jeff Brown.

Where should one rank Penn State's James Franklin who despite a great record has had his struggles against top notch competition? Is Bret Bielema one of the top coaches in the Big Ten after what he has done in Champaign, Illinois? Should the Iowa Hawkeyes build Kirk Ferentz a statue and where does he rank on our list? Has the Mike Locksley era been a disappointment in College Park, Maryland? Will Jedd Fisch get it going at Washington or was the Arizona gig just a one off? Did DeShaun Foster impress in year at UCLA one despite a losing record? Is Matt Rhule and Greg Schiano two of the best coaches in the conferences? Is Lincoln Riley worthy of the hype he gets or has he inherited great situations? Is Jonathan Smith a guy who will climb up the rankings in his 2nd year at Michigan State? Where does Northwestern's David Braun and Minnesota's PJ Fleck rank in all of this? We talk it all and more on this Big Ten Conference edition of The College Football Experience. 01:12 Welcome to the College Football Experience 01:51 Big 10 Coach Rankings Overview 02:12 Meet the Hosts 02:57 Discussing the Big 10 Coaches 07:30 Ranking the Coaches: Number 18 14:06 Ranking the Coaches: Number 17 20:22 Ranking the Coaches: Number 16 24:25 Ranking the Coaches: Number 15 28:11 Ranking the Coaches: Number 14 32:19 Ranking the Coaches: Number 13 35:16 Michigan's Playoff Prospects 36:35 Luke Fickell's Coaching Journey 37:49 Jonathan Smith's Impact at Oregon State 39:45 Lincoln Riley's Coaching Challenges 46:17 Greg Schiano's Rutgers Revival 48:18 PJ Fleck's Coaching Philosophy 50:59 Top 10 College Football Coaches 01:08:43 Knocking on the Door: The Journey to a National Championship 01:08:57 Controversial Draws and Coaching Lineages 01:09:14 Oregon's Rise and Coaching Comparisons 01:10:46 Ryan Day's Record and Criticisms 01:12:22 James Franklin and Penn State's Challenges 01:17:45 Matt Rhule's Coaching Journey 01:20:51 Bret Bielema's Impact at Illinois 01:23:31 Kirk Ferentz's Consistency at Iowa 01:27:35 Kurt Signetti: A Coaching Phenomenon 01:35:48 Wrapping Up and What's Next JOIN the SGPN community #DegensOnlyExclusive Merch, Contests and Bonus Episodes ONLY on Patreon - https://sg.pn/patreonDiscuss with fellow degens on Discord - https://sg.pn/discordDownload The Free SGPN App - https://sgpn.appCheck out the Sports Gambling Podcast on YouTube - https://sg.pn/YouTubeCheck out our website - http://sportsgamblingpodcast.comSUPPORT us by supporting our partnersUnderdog Fantasy code SGPN - Up to $1000 in BONUS CASH - https://play.underdogfantasy.com/p-sgpnRithmm - Player Props and Picks - Free 7 day trial! http://sportsgamblingpodcast.com/rithmmRebet - Social sportsbook - 100% deposit match promo code SGPN in your app store! The Department of Justice is waging a war on healthcare fraud, and sometimes even well-meaning doctors can get swept up in it. Today's interview with healthcare law attorney Anthony Box will shed some light on this high stakes topic. Tony Box has extensive experience not only in defending doctors against government allegations -- but he also previously investigated and prosecuted these cases as a federal prosecutor and FBI agent. He knows both sides of this coin very well. Host Dr. Gita Pensa and Attorney Box break down the basics of what every doctor needs to know about governmental investigations and litigation.
If you're serious about leveling up in door-to-door, this episode is a must-listen. Zak Kornfeld, a 2023 Golden Door winner, went from living out of a tent on Israeli beaches to closing $654,000 in four months—and helping his rookie-heavy team hit $8 million in sales.Zak doesn't sugarcoat it—this game is hard. But he breaks down what truly separates average reps from Golden Door earners. It's not just hustle—it's how you prepare in the off-season, how real you show up at the doors, and how you stay mentally locked in from 1 to 9 p.m.

He was ten, too excited to sleep, and armed with nothing but a friend, a bunk bed, and a borrowed book of monsters. As whispers turned to restless giggles, the bedroom door creaked open—revealing a glowing, hairy arm that casually floated into the room. Panic ensued, adrenaline soared, and two wide-eyed kids bolted for the safety of the parent's bedroom. Years later, neither can forget that night nor the unsettling discovery of an old shoebox filled with questionable contents hidden above the closet. Was it witchcraft? A demon called “Grandpa”? No one knows for sure—but they both remember exactly what they saw. If you have a real ghost story or supernatural event to report, please write into our show or call 1-855-853-4802!
