What We Value We love God. Gods commitment to relationship with people is astounding. His kindness constantly transcends our wandering and the fragile promises we make to Him. We were made for divine romance. The kind of romance that simultaneously treasures awe and intimacy. The life giver has giv…
This is Us! Pastor JD Speaks at Crown and Anchor Church. [Psalms 84:5-7 NIV, Matthew 11:28-30 NIV, Matthew 4:18-20 MSG]
Jason Page closes out our series on love. Romance- what does it look like to go back to your first love? Artificial forms of love do something radically different than the Agape love we experience with God. Relentlessly pursuing the relationship. 1 John 4: 16-19 Jeremiah 20:9
When it comes to God, Love is a response. When it comes to humans, Love is an initiation. Jesus said, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your passion and prayer and intelligence.’ This is the most important, the first on any list. But there is a second to set alongside it: ‘Love others as well as you love yourself.’ These two commands are pegs; everything in God’s Law and the Prophets hangs from them.” - Mat 22:37-40 (MSG)

Lucas Connell speaks at Crown and Anchor Church Sunday, August 11th, 2019. As an evangelist, Lucas Connell’s ministry is known for soul winning and releasing people from one of the greatest sicknesses of our generation – mental illness. He commonly sees people healed from chronic depression and anxiety. In one service people will laugh at his humorous stories and weep by the touch of God. As he ministers in the power of the Holy Spirit, addictions are broken and people experience true freedom through inner healing. His ministry is a testimony of triumph over a ten-year drug addition. Gripped by mental illness – depression, hearing voices and suicidal tendencies were all part of the drug-induced psychosis that had become Lucas’ normal way of life – until he stepped into a local church. After one encounter with Jesus, he was instantly set free from all addiction and healed of every illness that gripped his life. After 10 years of pastoring in Australia in 2012 Lucas started traveling the globe, preaching at some of the world’s great churches, such as Hillsong South Africa, Planetshakers, Wave Church Virginia, C3 San Diego, Life church NZ, and many others. In 2019 Jacque and Lucas relaunched their ministry as “A Freedom Experience” focusing and dedicating the rest of their lives to helping as many people as possible have a freedom experience. This happens through their preaching, online experiences, coaching and in other social justice projects.
