The world has been impacted by the death of George Floyd and many other victims of police brutality and injustice. It is has been time for us to force change in the way America views race specifically the black community. Everyone who agrees is frustrated and angry at the consistent hate. What we've come to realize is the source of evil. This is more than a physical fight, this is a spiritual fight. As believers we should understand how to fight in the spirit. Are fight is not against flesh and blood, but against powers of the spiritual forces of evil. Ephesians 6:12

There's a lot of issues going on in the world today. The question is how do we overcome? No one knows the right answer but we half to have faith and work on a solution. We should increase our hand washing and sanitizing to protect ourselves. As believers in Christ Jesus we should have no fear but have a sound mind to know that we are going to come out of this victorious. Lean on your FAITH and pray for protection, pray for healing, pray for your FAMilies and pray for this world.

We would like to thank Karen Jackson for coming on FAMS podcast and spreading the word about fire awareness month. Its very important to have fire awareness and know the do's and don't when it comes to a fire. Most people where taught to use water on fire and stop drop and roll. As the world is growing we learn to take care of fire in different ways like taking the oxygen out of a fire, never panic, have an action plan, and understand how a fire operates. This episode also wants acknowledge Back History Month. We highlight black historians that most people don't hear about and their contributions to civil rights movement. Black History is important for the growth of our nation as we still battle different forms of racism and discrimination. Let's always learn from Black Historians to fight for our rights and to confront racism with knowledge and boldness.

The first event was a shock to the world as we learned about the death of Kobe Bryant along with eight others including his daughter Gianna Bryant in a helicopter crash. This is supposed to be an episode description about Super Bowl 54. As I type this I can't help but think about the tragic new we receive right after recording this episode of FAMS. We received news about Kobe Bryant's passing along with his 13 year old daughter (Gianna) and 7 other people. F.A.M.S. podcast as you know love sports and we have talked about Kobe Bryant on our pass episode. Kobe was 41 years old and still making an impact on the world and most of all he made an impact on his family. Kobe Bryant and his daughter were making their way to a her basketball game with a teammate, coach, and family when the helicopter they were traveling in crashed. Kobe will be remembered as a G.O.A.T. in basketball, a great husband, father, and philanthropist. R.I.P. 8/24

The Super Bowl is on its way to South Florida. This is a joyous day between two teams and to every one who enjoys football all over the world. However we want to bring awareness to "human Trafficking", which has been going on for years. During events like the super bowl human exchange for money and sex takes place behind the scenes. We introduce Max to the world to share how his life has changed and now he has become a beacon of light for people who are struggling with addictions. Rico, John, and Von listens to Max's testimony and asks questions to understand Max's journey. In life everyone should be motivated to change their situation, but we tend to lean on everybody else to help us succeed. What we really need to focus on is ourselves. As children return to school we would like to bring awareness to things that go on in school now. These days we have to be carful in school and patient to our surroundings. Parents should have a plan of communication with their children. Then we also bring light to the issue with Kaepernick, Jay-z, and the NFL. We as a collective society need to understand what we are fighting for....

This is the beginning of season 2 where we continue to talk about current events and spread our opinion. While dealing with world issues we share how living Godly can guide you through the trials of life and society. We cover a verity of topics and culture, discussing music, politics, faith, and sports. Men have been passing our responsibilities on to women for years. So now the rolls have switched in marriage and society made it acceptable for women to take over the household and men to play the lesser roll. We have a guest "Pastor Fabian Walker" author of "The Adams Man" book. This episode we discuss how we as men let this "roll switch" acceptable. Also we talk about how men can stand up and take back how a man should be in this world. For married men we should know who we are as men, communicate with our spouse, acknowledging our wives, and understand what situations we are in, while understanding our wives. These things are important for men to take back our roll as the HEAD and also show the future (children) what it takes to be a man. To be an "ADAMS MAN."

Do you negotiate in your life? Everyone should understand what it means to negotiate and use it to their advantage. Rico, John, and Von talk about different topics that revolves around negotiate. We kick off with ASAP Rocky and President Trump tweeting about the situation that happened in Sweden. John has to get somethings off his chest about marriage and how we treat our spouse. In todays society men have become distant in our role in life. We let the world dictate to us how we should be and understand how roles have changed in the household. As men we should be the ones to take care of our families physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Rico, John, and Von, discuss their week. John is going for a new position at his job while having his eye on purchasing another vehicle. Von is slowly settling into his new apartment with new furniture. Rico has a new job opportunity but has to make a big decision in life. At the same time he's enjoying his side gigs and experiencing new cultures. Together we have our opinions about group vehicle purchases and using Gods financial blessings wisely.We introduce our first sit in guess Vernon Moxey.
