Mike Kelly has a wealth of experience gained during both his playing and coaching careers in professional basketball. You’ll find his approach to leadership refreshing, especially in light of a lot of what happens around professional sport. From humble beginnings in Southern California, Mike has spent most of his career here in Australia. He won a Championship with the South East Melbourne Magic and was named the NBL’s Best Defensive Player twice. In this episode I interview Rick Hanlon. Rick was once described as a tall and stylish Australia Football League player from the Derwent Valley in Tasmania. He has played AFL, coached AFL and for the last many years has been developing football in North Queensland.
