As well as his role on air, Ally Bally is an ambassador for The Scottish Air Ambulance. The air ambulance is Scotland is a registered charity and relies on public donations to keep operating. Ally tells Gina how much it costs to run the aircraft and service for a year, why they rely so much on public donations and the plans for a second helicopter.

John Duignan and Ian Hopkins first joined forces thirty-six years ago and started their comedy writing career with Not the Nine o'clock News, Naked Video and Spitting Image. In 2016, they published their first novel, 'Skelp the Aged' followed by 'The Buick Stops Here' a year later. They completed their third novel, 'The Lambshank Redemption' earlier this year but sadly John passed away before it was published.
