Thought you knew all about the Muslim religion? Well this episode might prove you wrong. I sat down with Khadija to explore what life is like as a trendy, yet dedicated Muslim. Khadija is a copywriter and podcaster just like me.

And so July brings in the second half of the year...Life has been so hectic guys!!! I've been MIA for a while because so much has just been going on this post-lockdown season. One thing I do know however, is that the first half of the year has taught me some new lessons and solidified some old ones with new experiences...so I guess you can make that, “Seven things I do know.” It's been full of ups and downs, but fuller of some life gems. Listen to find out what I've learnt, and share with me what you've learnt as well
In this Weekly Gems segment, I talk about something I feel applies to all of us at some point...which is raining on other people's parades. Even if you've never intentionally wished bad concerning a person's wins, we have all, at some point, wished that was us. And I'm here to say, your journey is completely different to any one else's out there, and dimming down anyone's shine does not make you shine brighter. So child, focus on you and remember...you're right where you're supposed to be. Have a great day
Being a female means going through life proving yourself not to be the inferior gender, it means trying not to be on either side of any extreme just to save face, it means dealing with the physical complications that come with the role...but it also means living in fear of possible abuse due to reasons we can never know. This past week in Nigeria, two girls were raped and killed, one of them was in church and the other was 12 years old and gang raped by 11 middle-aged men. In this episode I ask the question...what then does what we wear or where we go have to do with us getting abused as females? We have to do better and teach more about men having self control and less about women having self preservation. The names of those girls were Uwa and Jennifer...say their names and don't stop speaking on it. Have a blessed week
In this episode I talk about the one race that should matter...the human race. This episode took a long time coming and was a lot to get through, and with the current injustices in the world concerning the black community, police brutality, and banditry in Nigeria, it's so necessary to have some form of encouragement, and I hope this gives you that above all else. The fight should not be a racial war or about who is doing what, but rather about what we are all doing to make ourselves and this world a better place. As you listen to this, I'm not urging you to put yourselves in anyone's shoes, but rather to be humane as you were made to be and do better. To be BLACK is to be BEAUTIFUL, STRONG, PROUD & POWERFUL...don't you ever forget that
In the 2nd part of this 2 part special, I sit down with my guest speakers; Osayi, Hanani and Liman to do our best to “uncomplicate” women and how we think. It's the guys turn this time, as they ask us a series of questions to try to understand our kind better while we try to give them our best unfiltered answers. Listen, rate, enjoy, share and have a great week
Guest speakers: Jenna, Hanani and Liman. In this episode, we try to break down public opinions and truly get an insight to how men think concerning certain relationship topics. This was a Q&A session, where Jenna and I asked the guys some general questions and concerns that girls need clarifications about, and we got our answers!!! Wanna really know how guys work? Listen and hear from the horses mouths. 2nd part drops next so stay tuned
Life's like a train...don't get out until it's your stop. In this episode, I try to focus on this journey we call life and how it affects each of us. We all have different paths to take in life, and I feel we dwell on where we're going and not how far we've come. I truly believe focusing on the latter leaves you the room to truly be free...reflect on your journey so far, give yourself a pat on the back and have faith that the future will sort itself out. Focus on you, and not the next person because their story can never be as good as YOURS. Have a great week
In this juicy episode I talk about the types of cheaters I have come across; the disrespectful, the passive and the smooth criminals in DETAIL, with personal examples and experience. I talk about how to spot them, how they act and how you need to FLEE!!! Cheating is a crime so stay away from the criminals
In this episode I talk about how you're the police officer of your energy and how we're meant to protect it by all means, and serve your feelings before anything else. Don't be afraid to call people out for messing with your mental health, and withdraw from anything that does not serve you this week!!! Don't stain that aura with bad vibes hunny! Have a great week
In this episode, I talk about expectations in relationships and how they should be mutually beneficial. I believe that in deciding whether to be with a partner or not, a determining factor should not be just what you can gain, but instead what you're both bringing to the table. Answering the ultimate question...should dating within your tax bracket be a major factor? Let me know your thoughts
In this weekly gems segment, I talk about us centering ourselves on gratitude, love and contentment for the rest of the week. It's very important to feel your best in every situation you're in regardless of it not being where you WANT to be cuz it's where you NEED to be. Love your hardest cuz you never know how much the other person needs it or if it'll be their last. Spread LOVE and LIGHT only and don't stop being happy...have a great week
