Once a young man who gangbanged, and didn't see a life outside of that until he was fighting for his life and his daughter. Wes Hamilton is the founder of “Disabled But Not Really” with a beautiful message of resilience, freedom and a limitless mindset. This came from his experience of being shot multiple times and becoming paralyzed from the waist down. We discussed the tools he used to change his life around and the unfortunate hurdles those being black and disabled have to fight. This interview touched me and others.
