I had the pleasure of interviewing Luna Ge and hearing her journey through her first year in real estate. She's a total rockstar on social media, she's a model, her first cold call was a HUGE hit and she's incredibly driven. Check out her story and see how you can become a rockstar if you follow the right system and believe in yourself.

How important is it to you to get an apology when you know one is warranted? How important is it to give a proper apology? Have you ever even been taught how to apologize? It wasn't until a good friend and fellow Marine taught me about the "Four F's of an Apology" that I truly got it. And now I pass it on to you.
It's always a pleasure to have Sean Maloney of NFM Lending on the show. He's a total rockstar, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, he knows the market and how to navigate home buyers through the process so they get the best outcome possible when purchasing a home. Today we talk about rates. It might shock you that the rate you're getting isn't the most important thing.
Quite simply, it's my favorite joke ever, and, it changed my life. How the heck can a joke change your life? Take a listen.
So many home buyers don't know how important it is to have a top-notch home inspector. Worse yet, they don't even know how important it is to have a home inspection! It was my pleasure to interview my good friend and total rockstar Greg DuPey of Pillar To Post. He reviews what all home buyers MUST know (and he even gives us a few pretty amazing -- and shocking -- stories). This information is essential and can save you a ton of time and money and make sure that you don't have a nightmare home buying experience. If you are looking to purchase a home or you are in need of a home inspector, call Greg's office now at (215) 343-7766.
Sometimes, we just talk too much. There's a great rule for agents called the "70/30 rule". You need to make sure your prospect or client is talking 70% of the time and you're only talking 30% of the time. The more we listen the more we learn about our clients and the better we are able to serve them. Great real agents all have one things in common: they ask great questions. Here's a few tips on how to ask better questions and zip your lips and listen.
I decided that Beth Samberg was just too darn likable so I brought her back for another round to talk about... STAGING! Staging can be a crucial part of the process of attracting buyers and compelling them to make you an offer. Check out Beth's Top 10 List: #1 - No more than 3 objects on any linear surface#2 - Nothing smaller than a softball (No Chachkies)#3 - Nothing with eyes#4 - No lawn or floor candy#5 - No deferred maintenance#6 - No magnets on the fridge#7 - Thin the closets#8 - Mommy bin for showings#9 - No toilet rugs or potty seat covers#10 - No trash in the garbage cans

One of the biggest issues I've seen with realtors is that they feel as though they're being pushy or bothering people when they talk about their business. What if they had the mindset of a Doctor? If you're interested in finding out more about coaching opportunities with me then send me a message and I will contact you to set up a call.
It was my pleasure to interview my good friend and rock star mega agent Beth Samberg of the The Beth Samberg Team. If you want to find out why it's important to work with an agent who KNOWS how to list a house then listen to Beth. Her customer service rating speaks for itself (Check her FB Page). Selling a house is a no joke process and you want to know you're going to be taken care of. Am I right? Find out more about Beth and her team of rock stars at www.BethSamberg.com
One of my favorite quotes of all time that guides me every day. Also, an interesting story about my fireplace that shows this quote bites me in the rear still to this day. You always have to challenge every aspect of your business. It's what you know for certain that could be holding you back the most.
Very excited to introduce Sean Maloney of NFM Lending. In this interview we talk about the "Internet Lender" vs the "Conventional Lender". Plain and simple, we need to protect our home buyers from a bad experience. Getting a loan quick and easy, in five minutes, without ever leaving your living room couch, just might not be the best idea for your clients. Reach out to Sean if you're looking to purchase a home and you want to be in the right hands. www.NFMLending.com/SMaloney
Jeff Snader kicks it off talking about Gary Keller going at it with Brad Inman at Inman Connect San Francisco. There's a lot of big picture people out there making big picture predictions. What can agents and home owners do today to make sure they're getting the best deal while all of this disruption is taking place? And a HUGE thank you to Bistro on Bridge for having us as their guests. Check this place out as it's a wonderful location right in the heart of Phoenixville. Next up, an interview about the mortgage world with Sean Maloney and a few insights on what is coming down the pipe in the lending world.
