Over the past couple years Realtors haven't really need sales skills to sell a lot of houses. Interest rates were low & prices were high causing a huge amount of people to want to buy and sell. Mix that with homes selling in a matter of hours and Realtors didn't need sales skills to close business. The market has changed though and if you want to make it in this shifting market, you will have to learn how to sell. In this episode I'll talk about the sales skills that everyone in real estate needs to know to thrive in this shifting market.
