Welcome to a deeply personal episode. I’m opening up about something that has profoundly shaped my life – freedom. Not just the idea of it, but the raw, powerful freedom to choose. The kind of freedom that comes from doing the inner work, from dreaming boldly, and from aligning your daily life with your truest values and passions. I take you right back to the moment that sparked it all – a 3am conversation with Paul when I was just 22, lost and unsure, with nothing but a pen and a blank piece of paper. That night, I wrote down my dreams for the first time, and something inside me shifted. I didn’t have the answers, but I had a vision. And I realised: that’s where freedom begins. In this episode, you’ll discover:

I’m so excited to share this week’s episode. It’s something close to my heart – a simple but powerful ritual I call Inspiration Fridays. Years ago, when my kids were in primary school, I started making my Friday mornings sacred. I’d go to their school assembly (which were always full of courage, creativity and pure joy), then I’d treat myself to coffee at a beautiful Melbourne café, often with a friend or mentor – or just my journal. These moments sparked ideas, filled me up, and reconnected me with what really matters. It became my way of hitting the reset button. Every week. Like many things, this beautiful ritual faded during COVID – but now that I’m living my dream life in stunning Sydney, I’ve brought it back… and it’s better than ever. In this episode, I’m sharing the full story and giving you a behind-the-scenes look at how I create time for inspiration every week. Whether it’s a beautifully designed café, a Pilates class, or a peaceful nature walk, I’ve made it non-negotiable to fill my cup – and I want to inspire you to do the same. In this ep, you’ll learn: Why filling your cup is not a luxury – but a necessity. How to create your own version of Inspiration Friday. Simple journaling prompts to help you reconnect with what energises you. The magic of aligning with your values and why that changes everything. If you’re ready to feel more like you, then grab your journal, tune in, and let’s dream big – one Friday at a time

Welcome to the Real Estate Investing School Podcast. Today Joe has a conversation with Karl Krauskopf, a former corporate strategist, transitioned into real estate and has completed 105 deals in six years, managing a portfolio of value-add multifamily properties in the Pacific Northwest. Drawing on his background in corporate healthcare, he applied his experience in creating scalable systems to real estate, focusing on repeatable processes to streamline operations. Early in his career, Krauskopf balanced a demanding corporate job, a newborn child, and real estate investments. Despite facing challenges, including a significant $56,000 loss due to mortgage fraud, he persevered and learned critical lessons about due diligence and process improvement. One of the key lessons Krauskopf shares is the importance of due diligence, particularly after falling victim to a scam involving identity theft and fraudulent home sale. While title insurance helped mitigate some of his losses, the experience underscored the need to thoroughly vet sellers and ensure all aspects of a deal are legitimate. Krauskopf emphasizes the value of learning from mistakes, understanding market conditions, and adapting quickly, especially in the fast-paced and risk-prone world of real estate. As his real estate career progressed, Krauskopf scaled his operations by leveraging teams and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to manage acquisitions, investor relations, and marketing. He eventually shifted his focus to multifamily value-add properties, drawn by the long-term stability and growth potential. His adaptable approach to real estate allowed him to pivot successfully between flipping homes, new developments, and multifamily investments. Looking forward, Krauskopf remains excited about upcoming market opportunities, particularly with potential interest rate reductions on the horizon. Book a free real estate investing strategy call! Welcome to the Real Estate Investing School Podcast! In this episode, host Joe Jensen interviews Jesse Ray, a driven entrepreneur who boldly transitioned from the corporate grind to real estate freedom. Jesse opens up about his path from climbing the ranks in corporate sales to realizing he was unfulfilled—and how that revelation pushed him to pursue a more intentional life. Jesse also shares the origin story of Growth House, a purpose-driven co-living venture designed to cultivate community and personal development among entrepreneurs. From his global travels to the hustle of door-knocking for deals, Jesse's journey is filled with actionable lessons and hard-earned wisdom. He and Joe discuss the impact of being around ambitious, like-minded people, and the real-world benefits and hurdles of co-living as a scalable investment model. Welcome to another short and empowering episode of Monday Motivation, giving you a dose of inspiration as you head into your week... Today, we explore a powerful reminder from Angela N. Blount about how unexpected changes can lead us somewhere magical... “Sometimes the most scenic roads in life are the detours you didn’t mean to take.” Three key takeaways you can expect: How to quickly shift your mindset when life doesn't go to plan. The power of reframing so-called ‘mistakes’ into meaningful redirections. Five practices to help you embrace detours and stay open to life’s surprises. Take this opportunity to learn how to turn frustration into discovery, and use those moments when things go “wrong” as invitations to explore something new. It's a great reminder that life’s magic often happens outside the plan—and those unplanned moments might just bring you closer to your dream life. As always, I’d LOVE to hear what resonates with you from this episode and what you plan to implement after listening in. So please share and let’s keep the conversation going in the Dream Life Podcast Facebook Group here. Have a wonderful week …and remember, it all starts with a dream

Hi there, I'm so excited to share this week's episode — it’s a good one! This time, I’m joined by the incredibly inspiring Dr. Anna York-Weaving, a Cambridge PhD scientist, academic coach, podcaster, and fellow lifelong learner. Anna's passion for learning and growth is contagious, and I just knew I had to bring her on to share her real-life experience and wisdom with our community. In this insightful conversation, Anna shares her journey from growing up in Ukraine to earning a scholarship to study in the UK — eventually achieving her childhood dream of studying at Cambridge. But it wasn’t all smooth sailing [is it ever?!] She opens up about her early struggles at university, how she overcame failure, and the pivotal moment she decided to transform not just her results but her entire approach to learning. Here’s what you’ll take away from this episode: How to learn smarter, not harder — and why reviewing information matters more than cramming it in. The power of visualisation and writing down your dreams — with a surprising story involving one of my books! Why setbacks are not failures but stepping stones to your future strengths. How to build habits like morning rituals that support your dream life (even with toddlers in tow!). It's an episode full of practical strategies, inspiring mindset shifts, and warm encouragement. If you're feeling a little stuck or unsure of your next step, Anna’s story will give you a beautiful nudge forward. Tune in — and let’s keep dreaming big, together. As always, I’d LOVE to hear what resonates with you from this episode and what you plan to implement after listening in.
