The purpose of Project SEEDS - HEALS Community Collaborative is to improve youth mental and behavioral health, family engagement, and increase student's life and coping skills. There are several psychosocial factors that contribute to, maintain and place our young people at risk. So what we've been doing is youth focus services, collaborating with other youth agencies in order to provide services to the kids and Liberty City.
