In this conversation, we discuss how to dive into the work of being our healthiest selves, capable of the best love when in relationships with ourselves and others. Her message - therapy and mental health is a safe space.
This guided meditation session will serve as a visualization exercise. During this experience, you will guided through the thought process and journey one could take to begin visualizing their relationship goals. Regular visualization is the way to self-actualization. One breath at a time, one moment at a time, we will build a reality that reflects your truest desires with regard to your relational dreams.
This guided meditation session will focus on how to reach levels of deep relaxation while observing stillness. For those who suffer from anxiety, this will be a guided session you can return to during challenging times. No matter how frequently we experience anxiety, meditation can support us in filtering through what's challenging our spirits and move us into a space of clarity and new found peace.
Too often do we pour our energy into the conflict that is managing our stress. We are in constant critique of what we can do better, what we can do more of, what needs to happen next in order to be happy, rather than simply choosing happiness today; rather than choosing happiness now in this moment. We each deserve a life where we can be happily in love with what we are creating. No, we cannot control the events that happen to us or all of the circumstances we find ourselves in, but we can decide that they will not be the start or the end of anything detrimental to our spirits. We encourage you to choose happiness today.
Dr. Kristian H.'s teaching philosophy grounds itself in three phrases - Be happy. Be healthy. Be free. This interview tells the story of Dr. Kristian's journey towards capturing and sharing her own happiness with the world, and using that as a platform to teach women of color about giving themselves permission to be anything we've ever wanted to be. Her message, it's not about chasing things; having things, it's about being you and loving yourself as you were created to be.
We can use the power of yoga to heal ourselves. Meditation, paired with yoga, can support us in the release of toxic feelings from our spirits. As the feelings leave, space within us opens up for the new and the positive. In the same way you might choose to detox your body with water and the proper nutrients, you can fight the same battle with a dynamic yoga practice and an intentional meditation. We welcome you to release the negativity from your spirit and let's move onto the healing that we all deserve.
