I want to tease out their secrets and tactics in order to give the audience valuable tips before entering the “real” world. In this way they can prepare at the best. This is the “commercial" purpose, but what I am truly interested in is the PEOPLE of the company: their story, their passions, and what pushes them throughout the day.
