It's inevitable.  At some point, as an investigator, you will go to a location that is reported to be haunted by the spirits of children.  How does the approach differ with these younger spirits?  In this episode, we dive into the many ways these young spirits are different, and how we have gone about approaching them in our investigations.

They come and they go.  Over the years we have seen many groups pop up, investigate some locations, and then seemingly vanish.  Why does this happen, and how can future groups avoid the issues that can lead a lot of groups to fold before they really get going?  We have some ideas.

The paranormal field is a passion for many people.  However, there is a business side to it that it not only ever present, but also may be the beating heart of it.  Join us as we dive into why some business owners are wary of disclosing their location is haunted, how being haunted has saved many of these locations, and what wary owners of haunted locations can do to help make themselves more comfortable in finding the right investigators.

With solar eclipses and earthquakes in the news, we have noticed that a lot of people have been trying to connect these events together, or so some larger meaning.  In the paranormal world, we see this all time.  Why do we feel the need to attach some kind of meaning or message to everything that happens around us?  We also talk about what we have learned and how we have evolved as we celebrate a major milestone for our organization. 

As we celebrate the one-year anniversary of the podcast, we take a deeper look into why we are drawn to the paranormal and ponder if the the true thing we are searching for is ourselves.

In this episode, Dan addresses some videos he saw online about paranormal investigating that got under his skin, and how there's room enough for anyone and everyone to grow within the field. We then examine the pressure that investigators and locations alike feel to capture paranormal evidence, and why some types of evidence seem to carry more weight with folks than others.
