Pastor Jack gives his opinion on Islamic terrorists, their worldview, their connection to religion, and how it all relates spiritually. What exactly are the "deceiving spirits" and the "doctrines of demons" that the Bible warns us would prevail in the last days? What if some demons aren't repelled by scripture but are attracted to it? After a minor car accident, a husband in suburban Iowa becomes more devout than ever. At first, it feels like some sort of spiritual awakening. But what if he opened a door that something stepped through. Then, we head to a small English parish in 2006, when a devoted family allegedly watched their son grow closer to God after a youth retreat. But when he began reciting scripture backwards, praying throughout the night, and knowing things he shouldn't know, his parents began to wonder if his new devotion wasn't directed towards the right deity. Lynze's first tale might not start off sounding that different. Wait for it. The white woman has plans for a young child. Off to Greece we go to explore a possible curse of the evil eye. Grief hit me like a tidal wave, even with all my knowledge of the spirit world. This week, I'm talking with Samantha Rose, a ghostwriter for a famous medium, who lost her mother to suicide. She shares how she used her professional skills to reconnect with her mom through dreams and automatic writing, finding a way to forgive her and, ultimately, herself. This is a powerful conversation about the masks we wear, the courage to ask for help, and the profound realization that love doesn't end when a life does. 00:00 – A Ghostwriter's Sudden Loss 04:11 – The Phone Call That Changed Everything 08:47 – Grieving a Suicide: The Unanswered Questions 13:52 – From Ghostwriter to Connecting with Spirits 18:20 – Finding Answers Through Writing 24:31 – Giving Up My Own Ghost 26:46 – Understanding Her Mother's Pain 33:09 – The Dream Dialogue: Letting Go 37:50 – Keeping Their Memory Alive 42:15 – Co-Writing a Book Across the Veil 44:14 – We All Have Access to Loved Ones 46:45 – Life After Giving Up the Ghost LEARN MORE ABOUT SAMANTHA ROSEhttps://www.amazon.com/Books-Samantha-Rose-Rebecca-Rosen/s?rh=n%3A283155%2Cp_27%3ASamantha%2BRose%2BRebecca%2BRosen JOIN MY COMMUNITY In The Space Between membership, you'll get access to LIVE quarterly Ask Amy Anything meetings (not offered anywhere else!), discounts on courses, special giveaways, and a place to connect with Amy and other like-minded people. If grace is the goodness of God, then it seems obvious that some goodness can be resisted while others can't. Think about a baby being born. If the mother and father want to bring the baby out of the womb there's nothing the baby can do to stop it. Or consider an unconscious man whose heart has stopped or is beating irregularly.. He will find it impossible to resist the emergency surgery or the doctor shocking his heart back into a normal rhythm. But other types of grace can be resisted. That same child years later can refuse to celebrate his birthday with his family and can sulk and pout even if his parents force him to come to the party. The man whose heart has been restarted can refuse to take his prescribed medicines or to exercise as he should. It is similar in the Christian life. Scripture talks about man resisting the grace of God. But it also talks about man being born again and the Spirit blowing where it will. It talks about God giving man a new heart and replacing the heart of stone with one of flesh. If an earthly parent can show irresistible grace to their child then it is hard to argue that the Father of Spirits cannot do the same. For those who hate to think of God as God, as the One who sovereignly rules in heaven, irresistible grace or effectual calling is considered something immoral. But scripture says that it is about the glory of God. It is about God choosing to show compassion to those who He wants to show compassion. We are saved by grace and if you don't want to receive grace from God, you should question if you are saved. So let's start off with a question: Is there a biblical reason why we would want saving grace to be resistible?Timecodes00:00:00 Intro00:08:04 Why Grace has to be Irresistible00:12:29 Fallen Man Cannot Understand Good Gifts00:21:25 Hate the Prerogative Belonging to God00:26:14 This Grace is Given Throughout a Believers' Life00:34:24 It is God's Work and God's Purpose00:38:59 Irresistible Grace from Scripture00:43:41 Picture of Jonah00:48:23 Example of Those that did not Receive Grace00:52:51 Resisting the Holy SpiritProduction of Reformation Baptist Church of Youngsville, NCPermanent Hosts - Dan Horn, Charles Churchill and Joshua HornTechnical Director - Timothy KaiserTheme Music - Gabriel Hudelson

Paranormal Heart welcomes back Wayne Mallows March 10th, 2026 EP:76 TOPIC: Renovations and Hauntings Wayne will be talking about his experiences with owning a haunted manor house. and taking on a full renovation/ restoration while being gentle with the Spirit People who resided there. There is a wide belief that hauntings sometimes originate when people begin altering the home. Spirits are not always fond of change. There is the right way to proceed and the wrong way. Wayne successfully took on a 12 year restoration of the Manor House, and often with the HELP of the spirit people who once owned it! About Wayne: Wayne is the Author of the Vampyre Tales Series. He began writing when he was in grade school because he found it relaxed him, and helped him to “escape” the real world. As time went on, he was given the opportunity to teach a drama class at a local high school, to which he accepted and focused on the importance of stage presence and character building. This later led to a request that would change everything for him. He was asked to create a “believable” Vampire character, and not only did he comply, but his character went on to become his personal persona that would later thrive as the main character of the Vampyre Tales. His books have been taking vampire fans on a journey of their own, leaving a trail of rave reviews and one award thus far, and it's only the beginning. He was also the “head vampire” for one of Canada‘s largest theme parks, for the Halloween season several years running which attracted the attention of other organizations. He was hired as a consultant, to build their theatrical haunted houses for the and Screamers in Ottawa Ontario Canada, operated by the Kiwanis was the first, then went on to become a well-known Halloween hotspot . Being non for profit, other Kiwanis divisions throughout the country have since based their Halloween haunts on the Ottawa location, and the creativity behind the origins, have come from Wayne Mallows. Freeing people from the fear of death frees them to live authentically. To Lauren, this is the deepest gift of mediumship – and it's also the crack in the foundation of the systems that keep people small. Jane and Sarah sit down with Lauren Nichols, a Boston-based psychic medium, former paranormal investigator, federal government employee, and new mama. Lauren shares how a period of personal upheaval led her to wander graveyards for peace — and ultimately to capture full-body spirit apparitions on camera. What started as an unlikely foray into paranormal investigation blossomed into a full mediumship practice centered on one core mission: making spirit communication accessible, human, and far less scary. The conversation moves from reframing "haunted house" phenomena as simple requests for connection, to the surprising ways motherhood has cracked Lauren's mediumship wide open, to her use of Spirit Box technology for live, audible communication with the deceased. Lauren also reflects on the current cultural and political moment through both her government lens and her spiritual one — and makes a compelling case that mediums may be uniquely positioned to help humanity evolve. Spirits aren't trying to scare you - they're trying to talk to you. Lauren reframes poltergeist-style activity not as malevolent force, but as an expression of a soul's desire to communicate. Shifting from fear to curiosity, and from "entity" to "person," changes the entire dynamic of the experience. Fear of the spirit world is learned, not innate. Lauren argues that we aren't born afraid of spirit - that fear is conditioned into us through Hollywood, culture, and religious framing. Humanizing spirits by seeing them as people first dissolves much of that fear. Motherhood is one of the most powerful mediumship development tools there is. After pausing her practice in early motherhood, Lauren discovered that survival mode had burned away her perfectionism and need to "try." The result? Deeper trust, more relaxed connection, and an ability to do more with less. You don't have to have everything together to serve spirit. The pressure to be "ready" or "perfect" before showing up as a medium is a trap. Presence and trust matter far more than polish. Spirit Box / ITC technology is alive and accessible. Instrumental Transcommunication — the practice of using radio frequency scanners to communicate with spirit — has roots going back to Tesla and Edison. Lauren uses a Spirit Box live and has heard her own family members' voices through it. She believes this technology can bring an additional layer of evidential healing to mediumship. Mediums have a unique role in the current collective reckoning. Lauren draws on her government career and channeling practice to articulate what she sees happening culturally: a dismantling of identity politics, a call to acknowledge privilege, and a collective push toward unity. She believes mediums — already practiced at clearing themselves and holding space — are well-suited to lead that conversation. Freeing people from the fear of death frees them to live authentically. To Lauren, this is the deepest gift of mediumship — and it's also the crack in the foundation of the systems that keep people small. On reframing scary spirit activity: "When you view it in your mind as something that is foreign — you're doing yourself and them a disservice, because you're not giving them the credit of being human first and foremost." On motherhood and mediumship: "Since having him, I have found more enjoyment and more ability to relax in my mediumship. I don't put so much stock in what I'm doing. I just trust." On perfectionism and presence: "The more you try, the less you do. Once you've been in survival mode and you've come out of it, everything else is just small beans — and you just have to be present for it." How do large hospitality groups decide which drinks brands make it onto their menus — and which ones don't?In this episode of Business of Drinks, we sit down with Miranda Breedlove, Beverage Director for The Lifestyle Group at Hyatt, to unpack how beverage decisions actually get made inside one of the world's largest hospitality companies.Miranda oversees beverage strategy across 70+ lifestyle properties and roughly 75 venues spanning brands like Thompson Hotels, Andaz, Dream Hotels, and The Standard. Unlike many hotel groups, Hyatt's lifestyle division doesn't replicate bar concepts. Each property has its own identity and sense of place, which means beverage programs must balance national supplier partnerships with local creativity. For drinks founders, distributors, and operators, the conversation offers a rare look at how hospitality groups evaluate brands — and what it takes to scale inside those systems.• Distribution is the first gatekeeperBefore a brand can even be considered for multi-property hospitality programs, it must demonstrate reliable distribution, consistent pricing, and strong distributor coverage across markets.• Scaling usually starts with a pilotEven promising brands rarely roll out everywhere immediately. Miranda often tests new products in three to five properties across different markets before expanding further.• Local support drives successBrands gain traction when reps educate bar teams, build relationships, and actively support the account. Teams respond to people and stories — not just bottles.• National structure, local identityHyatt provides a national framework, but each property adapts its beverage program to reflect the local market and guest profile.• Experiential activations winGuest bartender takeovers, masterclasses, and other immersive experiences keep teams and guests engaged far more effectively than routine promotions.• Data is an underused advantageTools like menu matrix analysis and strong P&L literacy help operators identify which drinks truly drive profitability. If you want to understand how hospitality groups actually make beverage decisions, this episode offers a rare look behind the curtain. For the latest updates, follow us:Business of Drinks website (sign up for our newsletter!)Business of Drinks YouTubeBusiness of Drinks LinkedInInstagram @bizofdrinksErica Duecy, co-host: Erica Duecy is founder and co-host of Business of Drinks and one of the drinks industry's most accomplished digital and content strategists. What happens when ancient demonology, modern paranormal research, and biblical theology collide? In Necronetics Part 2, the Nephilim Death Squad welcomes back Nathaniel Gillis, researcher and author known for his deep work on demonology, supernatural phenomena, and the intersection of theology with the paranormal. This conversation continues the exploration of necronetics—the study of how ancient spiritual entities, death rituals, and occult traditions intersect with modern paranormal encounters.Raven, TopLobsta, and Nathaniel dive into the darker side of spiritual phenomena, discussing historical demonology, spiritual warfare, paranormal manifestations, and the ways ancient beliefs continue to shape modern supernatural encounters. The discussion moves between theology, anthropology, and paranormal research while examining how biblical frameworks interact with contemporary reports of the supernatural.Blending serious research with Nephilim Death Squad's signature humor and curiosity, this episode explores questions many researchers and theologians are asking today: are ancient spiritual entities still influencing the modern world?

TOPIC: Renovations and Hauntings Wayne will be talking about his experiences with owning a haunted manor house. and taking on a full renovation/ restoration while being gentle with the Spirit People who resided there. Wayne owned a haunted Gothic Revival Manor House for over a decade, and is no Stranger to the Paranormal He has also appeared on paranormal television, with a few honourable mentions being Paranormal Survivor S3, Paranormal Night Shift, There's No Such Thing as Ghosts, Much Music, and more. This is a Grave Talks CLASSIC EPISODE! PART TWOIt was once the pinnacle of wealth, influence, and success. Today, it's one of the most notoriously haunted homes in America. This is the chilling, true story of the Lemp Mansion.Located in St. Louis, Missouri, the Lemp Mansion was originally built as a symbol of triumph—a lavish estate owned by the Lemp family, titans of the American brewing industry in the 19th century. But behind the success was something darker. Suicide. Scandal. Grief. Madness. And death. Lots of it.One by one, members of the Lemp family fell to mysterious fates, many dying by their own hand within the walls of their grand home. Over time, the mansion shifted from affluence to decay—eventually turning into a boarding house for the broken, desperate, and forgotten. And through it all, the energy never left.Today, visitors and paranormal investigators report phantom footsteps, disembodied voices, unseen presences, and a heavy sadness that permeates every floor. Some say the Lemps never truly left. Others believe something even darker was born in that house through generations of trauma. In this powerful episode of The Grave Talks, medium and investigator Betsy Belanger shares her firsthand experiences with the spirits of the Lemp Mansion. From unexplained activity to emotional impressions that linger long after you leave, Betsy reveals why this location continues to captivate ghost hunters and historians alike. If you've ever wondered why some homes won't let go of the past—why some spirits seem tied to the tragedies that took place in life—this story will haunt you. This isn't just another haunted house tale. It's a story of a family empire built on beer, broken by misfortune, and remembered by ghosts.#LempMansion #HauntedHouse #RealGhostStories #ParanormalPodcast #StLouisHauntings #HauntedMansion #Paranormal #Hauntings #TheGraveTalks #Ghosts #TrueHaunting #LempFamilyCurseLove real ghost stories?
