We kept saying "one day" and that day is here.Join the Parajunkie Fam here! www.patreon.com/hauntedcitypodcastThis one has three parts. -First, Parajunkie Alex sent in a photo from Jean Lafitte's Blacksmith Shop in New Orleans and there are faces in the fire. Two of them. We get into why spirits show up in flames and what it actually means when they do. -Then we go deep on elementals, where they come from, every culture that's named them, how powerful they actually are (hint: way more than people think), and why the little mermaid fits into all of this more than you'd expect. -And last, Rick shares something we've genuinely never covered before. He was struck by lightning while fishing and it changed what he can see. His most recent photo was taken the night his wife passed away. We'll let him tell the rest.-Coming up for Parajunkies on Patreon: live interview with Cody and Satori on June 16th at 6 PM EST. Satori is the daughter of Jason Hawes, one of the pioneers of paranormal television, and she and Cody have a lot going on in the paranormal world right now. -Also dropping at the end of the month: the Willard Public Library investigation, Parajunkies get it first before it goes public in early July.If you're new here, we're Madison, Chris, and JT, paranormal investigators living in Savannah, Georgia. Is the global elite hiding a terrifying connection between ancient spirits and modern starships? On this episode of the TruthSeekah podcast, we shatter the mainstream illusions surrounding the UFO disclosure coverup. Together with the trailblazing founders of Path11TV supernatural broadcasting, April Hannah and Michael Habernig, we reveal how elite factions use classification laws to conceal verified paranormal entity encounters. For decades, standard science has labeled hauntings and cryptids as mental illusions. However, our guests present terrifying alien encounter testimonies and physical evidence suggesting that these interdimensional beings are operating freely within our airspace and our neighborhoods. We dissect the hidden military agendas that track these ultra terrestrials while conditioning the public to dismiss supernatural phenomena as mere campfire ghost stories. Why is the government desperate to keep you in the dark?By linking ancient historical texts with modern afterlife documentary streaming assets, we show that what ancestors called demons or angels are actively engaging in extraterrestrial contact today. This conversation forces you to confront an uncomfortable reality: humanity is not at the top of the food chain, and our physical dimension is highly accessible to outside forces. This jaw dropping discourse provides irrefutable proof of life after death that bypasses standard religious dogmas completely. I greet you in Jesus' precious name! It is Monday morning, the 15th of June, 2026, and this is your friend, Angus Buchan, with a thought for today. We start in the Book of Deuteronomy 13:1-3:“If there arises among you a prophet or a dreamer of dreams, and he gives you a sign or a wonder,…” , ‘Let us go after other gods'—which you have not known—‘and let us serve them,' you shall not listen to the words of that prophet ...“ Then we go straight to the Gospel of John 1:1: ”In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” So how do we identify a false prophet from a man who is a prophet of God? Well, according to the Word of God, very simply. We need to test the spirit and we need to have assurance that this man is talking about the things of the Lord. Remember in the Old Testament when Moses took his stick and it turned into a serpent? The magicians also had sticks and they threw them down and they also turned into serpents. The only difference was that the serpent that came out of the stick of Moses consumed all of the magicians' serpents. The Word of God is true.If we look at John 1:1,”In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” Then of course, we need peace. That's the most important thing. If you don't have peace in your heart when someone says to you, ”Let us go and follow something else.” Then you have to check your spirit, ”Holy Spirit, show me.”In John 14:27, Jesus says, ”Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” When in doubt, don't! How many times have we heard that before? The Word of God has never changed. It never will change because the Word of God is Jesus Christ in print. So, if that prophet comes with a word and it lines up with the Bible, that is fine, but if it doesn't line up with the Bible and he tells you it is a new revelation, please folks, do not listen to him and do not have anything to do with him. Jesus bless you and have a wonderful day.Goodbye

New Money Making Conversations episodes drop daily. I want to alert you, so you don’t miss out on expert analysis and insider perspectives from my guests who provide tips that can help you uplift the community, improve your financial planning, motivation, or advice on how to be a successful entrepreneur. Keep winning! Two-time Emmy and Three-time NAACP Image Award-winning, television Executive Producer Rushion McDonald interviewed Monica Cornitcher. Entrepreneurial journey, the inspiration behind Medase Cocktails, and the realities of launching, funding, and scaling a premium nonalcoholic spirits brand in a highly competitive market. Purpose of the Conversation The purpose of the episode is to: Educate aspiring entrepreneurs on how to build a differentiated consumer brand Demonstrate the importance of storytelling, market clarity, and operational discipline Highlight the growth of the nonalcoholic / zero‑proof beverage movement Inspire founders—especially founders of color—to own their niche, seek capital strategically, and scale intentionally. Key Takeaways 1. Business Built from Personal Need and Purpose Medase Cocktails was co‑founded by Monica and her lifelong friend during her friend’s battle with breast cancer, a time when alcohol was no longer an option—but celebration still mattered. The brand was created to allow people to celebrate authentically without alcohol It carries emotional depth rooted in friendship, gratitude, and loss Monica continues the mission after her co‑founder passed away in 2024 Lesson: Purpose-driven businesses create deeper emotional connection and long-term brand equity. 2. Differentiation Is Everything Monica deliberately rejected the “sparkling water with flavor” model common in nonalcoholic drinks. Her differentiators include: Authentic cocktail taste (Old Fashioned, Margarita, Moscow Mule) Organic juices, not artificial flavors Bold packaging that stands out on shelves Drinks designed to smell, taste, and feel like real cocktails Lesson: Competing on authenticity—not cost—is how you carve out market share in crowded spaces. 3. Brand Names and Stories Matter The name “Medase” means “thank you” and reflects gratitude, friendship, and emotional support. Monica emphasizes: Every flavor name, color, and product decision has a story A strong brand narrative creates curiosity, loyalty, and investor interest Lesson: People invest in brands they feel—emotionally, not just intellectually. 4. Venture Capital Is Not Just About Numbers While financials matter, Monica stresses that VCs also invest in founders and stories. What helped her secure venture capital: A compelling personal story Relevant founder skill sets (M&A, law, operations) Clear understanding of the market opportunity Lesson: Early-stage funding often depends on who you are and why you’re building, not just revenue. 5. Research, Planning, and Discipline Before Launch Unlike many food startups, Medase did not begin in a kitchen. They: Conducted a feasibility study Built a formal business plan Worked with a Black female food scientist Set strict personal funding limits before seeking capital Lesson: Preparation reduces risk and builds long-term sustainability. 6. Scaling Requires Operational Maturity As sales increased—especially on Amazon—Monica emphasized the need to move from “hustle mode” to operational excellence. Key scaling principles: Understand unit economics Track ROI for events and activations Adjust pricing as volume increases Build strategy across marketing, operations, and distribution Lesson: Hustle starts the business; operations grow it. 7. Niche First, Expansion Later Medase does not try to be “everything to everyone.” Core customers include: People seeking a break from alcohol Health-conscious consumers Black men looking for alcohol replacements Consumers wanting cocktail taste without hangovers Lesson: Strong niches create loyal advocates who fuel organic growth. 8. Smart Distribution Strategy Rather than rushing into retail, Monica prioritized direct-to-consumer channels: Amazon (top-performing channel) Brand website TikTok Shop Only after 6–7 months of traction did retail expansion become viable. Lesson: Control your margins and demand before entering expensive retail environments. Memorable Quotes “I wanted an authentic cocktail without compromise.” “Everything we do has a story behind it.” “Sometimes it’s not about the financials—it’s about the founder and the story.” “Don’t be everything to everybody. Find your market and stick with your market.” “Hustle starts the business, but operations give you scale.” “If it tastes too much like alcohol and you gave me a one-star review—thank you. That means I did my job.” Overall Message This episode is a real-world entrepreneurial blueprint showing how clarity of vision, emotional authenticity, disciplined planning, and niche focus can turn a personal idea into a scalable national brand. Monica Cornitcher exemplifies the modern founder:visionary, data-aware, emotionally intelligent, and unapologetically authentic. #SHMS #BEST #STRAWSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

#SHMS #BEST #STRAWSteve Harvey Morning Show Online: http://www.steveharveyfm.com/See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

This is a Grave Talks CLASSIC EPISODE! PART TWOIs Wisconsin the most haunted state in America? Many paranormal investigators believe so — and filmmaker and investigator Michael Brown has the chilling stories to prove it.From rural towns to forgotten schools, Wisconsin is crawling with true ghost stories and unexplained hauntings. Brown has documented some of the most terrifying paranormal encounters, capturing evidence that suggests spirits are far more active here than anyone could have imagined. His work has taken him into abandoned classrooms where an entity followed him home — an attachment so disturbing it blurred the line between investigation and nightmare. And then there's the haunted radio station. Imagine working alone in a dark studio late at night, only to hear the voices of children echoing through the halls. Not on the air. Not through the speakers. But disembodied, spectral voices that seemed to come from nowhere… and everywhere at once. These are not urban legends or campfire tales. These are real investigations, real evidence, and real hauntings caught on camera. Michael Brown's journey across Wisconsin peels back the curtain on a state filled with restless spirits — from schoolhouses to radio towers, from shadowy hallways to spectral whispers in the night. If you thought Wisconsin was just about cheese curds and football, think again. Beneath its Midwestern charm lurks a world of supernatural activity that defies logic and sends even the bravest investigators running.

A ghost that can copy your face, sit on your porch while you're miles away, and keep you trapped in a brutal death rattle until you “pass it on” to your kid? That is where our deep dive into Hantu spirits begins, and it only gets stranger from there. We're Josh, Jamey, and Aleca, and we're digging into Malaysian and Indonesian paranormal folklore where “Hantu” is a broad category for spirits, ghosts, and demons. We talk through the Hantu Raya contract and the idea of a familiar that demands offerings for protection, plus the chilling inheritance angle that turns a haunting into a family problem. Then we move into Pontianak lore, a terrifying figure tied to childbirth fears, roadside encounters, and the disturbing iron nail legend that claims she can be forced into human form. From there, we hit the Pocong, the shroud-bound ghost that hops or glides through the night, and the Penanggalan, a witch whose head detaches and flies with glowing organs, hunted with thorns, chilies, and the smell of vinegar. We also cover the Hantu Bomo, the shaman who falls into darkness, and the Toyol, a toddler-like stealing spirit distracted by marbles and beans. We connect these myths to broader questions about how legends spread, why certain patterns show up in the US too, and how AI videos make the modern paranormal harder to trust.Subscribe for more paranormal history and folklore, share this with a friend who loves ghost stories, and leave a review. Paul Clarke, Imbibe's Editor in Chief sits down with Greg and Sother to talk about the last twenty years in the drinks publication's history: from its Y2K roots to the heady days of the cocktail revolution in the 2010s to the bad situations we've all had to make the best of in 2020 and beyond. But, here's the thing: we're doing more than just reviewing it this week. We're doing a heckuva review AND pairing it with beer! Who would've thought to do something like THAT? Couldn't tell ya! What makes a drinks brand truly desirable — and how do you know when it's ready to scale? In this episode of Business of Drinks, we talk with Carlos Zepeda, SVP of Strategy & Marketing - Wine & Spirits at Moët Hennessy USA. Carlos helps shape growth strategy across a portfolio that includes Belvedere, Glenmorangie, Ardbeg, Whispering Angel, Hennessy, Veuve Clicquot, Dom Pérignon, Krug, and Moët & Chandon.Carlos brings a CPG-trained lens to luxury wine and spirits, starting with what he calls “demand moments”: the role a brand plays in the consumer's life. Is it built for a country club, a dinner party, a milestone celebration, a poolside bar, a fine-dining account, or a grocery delivery add-on? That answer shapes everything — distribution, content, partnerships, pricing, and activation. The big takeaway is that desirability comes before scale. Carlos defines desirability as both emotional and behavioral. Consumers have to want the brand, feel proud to be associated with it, talk about it, buy it, and refer it to others. And there's an easy business test to measure desirability: If you have velocity without heavy discounting, that's a sign of real demand. If you need promotions to move inventory, that tells you something else.We also dig into selective distribution, and why “being available” does not mean being everywhere. Carlos explains how a brand like Whispering Angel has to show up where consumers expect it — from restaurants and hotels to Instacart and Uber Eats — while a brand like Dom Pérignon requires a much more surgical account strategy.Plus, Carlos shares how luxury experiential marketing is changing, why the old influencer-driven FOMO model feels tired, how brands should think about creator-led content, and how he uses AI as a practical “thinking partner” while keeping human judgment at the center. For emerging brands, his advice is blunt: Less is more. Pick fewer markets, fewer programs, and fewer channels. Being small is not the problem. Acting too big too soon is.This episode is a deep dive into how drinks brands earn relevance: By understanding the occasion, building desirability, choosing the right accounts, listening for consumer signals, and staying focused on where growth is really coming from. For the latest updates, follow us:Business of Drinks website (sign up for our newsletter!)Business of Drinks YouTubeBusiness of Drinks LinkedInInstagram @bizofdrinksErica Duecy, co-host: Erica Duecy is founder and co-host of Business of Drinks and one of the drinks industry's most accomplished digital and content strategists. #SHMS #BEST #STRAWSupport the show: https://www.steveharveyfm.com/See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

In this episode, host and Master Sommelier Chris Tanghe interviews Holly Robinson on building a spirits brand. Holly worked in restaurants before cofounding Seattle-based Captive Spirits in 2011 with partner Ben Capdevielle. Together they developed Big Gin, a London Dry style that has won many awards since its inception, then expanded their bottlings to include Bourbon Barreled Big Gin and Peat Barreled Big Gin. In 2016, Hood River Distillers acquired the brand.    Holly next launched Fast Penny Spirits, an American Amaro lineup also produced in Seattle with business partner Jamie Hunt. Dubbed Amaricano, it uses Pacific Northwest ingredients while paying homage to Jamie's Sicilian roots. Today, Holly consults for numerous PNW companies with her latest company, Fathom 35, and owns Sunny Hill restaurant in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood.  Thanks for listening.
